Everything is under control.
This phrase may sound a bit odd, reminding people of a certain "Billion-enemy Annihilator, Progressing toward Victory" army. They used that phrase for decades without altering a single word, almost turning it into a registered trademark. Every time they uttered this phrase, it brought joy to the people on the other side of the strait, even though it was just one of their many sources of amusement. Other jokes, such as claiming to have killed a particular enemy commander 68 times during the civil war, or their soldiers, nicknamed as "Strawberries", refusing to drill outdoors claiming there was no air conditioning ... were also quite well known. However, whenever Li Lin thought of the phrase- everything is under control, his first association was with that miraculous army.
Setting aside those professional logisticians from his thoughts, Li Lin returned to his original thinking process.
