The entire purpose of weapons is to be employed in combat, to be phased out before they ever take shape, to be destroyed in the midst of battle, or to fall into madness and obsolescence when there's no war to fight.
For Li Lin, the so-called "stories of living on without a mission" or "stories after completing a mission" never existed from the very beginning.
