What does it take to establish a unified multiracial state?
Financial resources, technology, industry, population, territory, military force, strategic planning... and many other indispensable conditions are required, but few consider how important the virtue of ample inclusiveness and patience is for a country's rise and expansion into a major power.
This is especially important when the ruling class is a minority. Relying solely on individual strengths to achieve a pan-unified state, long-term military fortune, and project national prestige far and wide under the condition of internal disharmony is a fool's errand.
