Spider's roar nearly overturned the underground transit, causing Minerva beside him to shrink instinctively, both shocked by Spider's outburst and infected by his undisguised fear.
There was no pretense, no cover, just pure fear.
"What exactly is the Werewolf Squad..."
"A bunch of lunatics even among the Schutzstaffel—ah, no! The Schutzstaffel is full of lunatics to begin with!"
With a vicious spit, Spider smoothed his disheveled hair and regained his composure. He then said in as calming a tone as possible:
