Louis Luwazo de Gramaison.
He graduated from the military academy as the top of his class, hailed as a "once-in-a-decade talent," and became the Director of the General Staff Department Operations Office and an instructor at the Advanced Military Research Center before he even reached the age of thirty. Admired by many young officers, he was widely regarded in the army as a very capable and charismatic officer, especially adept at expressing himself with words and stirring speeches. More than one senior general has described de Gramaison as "it's hard to find anyone more persuasive than him; he's full of wisdom, hot-tempered yet generous, and adept at inspiring thought in others."
Just looking at this part of his resume, you might think this is an inspiring story, an example of a young talent who worked tirelessly to succeed. However, when you see what he advocated, its true nature immediately becomes repugnant.
