Speed was the ultimate weapon.
This phrase could be interpreted in many ways. More esoterically, it could be said that "in martial arts, only speed is invincible"; more poetically, "in the face of surpassing, extreme speed, all defenses and attacks are meaningless." In physics, the phrase meant literally what it says.
The faster the speed, the greater the kinetic energy, the greater the penetration, the more powerful the force. Even a mere ordinary coin, when launched at a speed of Mach 3, was also a weapon with lethal power. Even if the target was the so-called "Right Hand of God," it would still be instantly blasted to smithereens. This was not imagination or speculation; a high-speed moving object indeed possessed such terrifying power.
