"'Human wave attacks against steel torrents'—this sounds much like the army of an island nation from a certain space-time. Still, this isn't a symptom unique to militarism; the current world's battlefield trend is the gentlemen's queue for execution by firing squad. Cadets at military academies learn daily how to dress up like elegant targets, leading neatly arranged troops in 'Banzai charges' and 'gyokusai charges.' It's hardly fair to criticize the Charlemagne Army's tactical concepts for being outdated. What is rare, however, is a breed like the Charlemagne Soldiers who, after being thoroughly thrashed on the battlefield, still preach the supremacy of spirit."
The kind of war plans these people might come up with is not hard to imagine.
