Belle's weapon was the standard equipment of the Inquisitors: the Keyblade. It evolved from the alchemical formula "Materialization," gathering the invisible Mana to form a blade with almost no weight. A single throw, including preparation, could be completed in 0.1 seconds, and three consecutive throws could be done in 0.4 seconds. Besides the standard throwing techniques, she could also employ tactics such as ricochet or grazed shots to alter the trajectory for indirect attacks. The blade formed from Mana was powerful enough to penetrate reinforced concrete, with an effective range of about 40 meters, and an accuracy rate of over 97% within that range. In close-quarters combat, aside from the Keyblade, she might use the Battle Wheel, unarmed combat, and strengthening spells.
In other words, 40 meters was the limit of her offensive and defensive capabilities, and she would become passive when facing long-range attacks from beyond that distance.
