For liberals, there is probably no country more perplexing than Alfheim.
Compared to human society's rigid systems and unbearable stale customs, stifling religious thought control, Alfheim could almost be considered a heavenly place. Here, citizens are allowed to express opinions about current politics, to make suggestions to the government, and to even openly express dissatisfaction with ruling officials; such freedom is unimaginable in the countries of humans and orcs. However, the "freedom" mentioned above is limited to races of the first to third class; "subjected races" like orcs and humans, although permitted to appeal through judicial processes, are overall still subject to national regulation. Any anti-regime or anti-society remarks will attract the keen-nosed secret agents, with minor offenders being criminally detained or sentenced to hard labor, and major ones being "relocated."
