In the original story, Sanji's clash with Jabra was a fierce battle involving several Diable Jambe strikes before he finally overcame his foe. This time around, however, Sanji seemed to barely break a sweat while handling the combined assault from Jabra and Kumadori.
As Sanji casually lit another cigarette and observed the duo scrambling to their feet, Nami was gearing up for her own confrontation.
"Tempest Kick!" Kalifa launched an air slash, while Nami countered with a resolute cry, "Thunderbird!" The two attacks met in the middle of the room, generating a powerful blast that sent debris scattering everywhere.
Kalifa, pushing up her glasses, noted with a hint of intrigue, "The navigator of the Straw Hats, Nami, seems capable of summoning thunder and manipulating the weather."
Fukurou, with his zipper undone, chimed in curiously, "Chapapa, could it be that odd weapon she wields?"
Nami responded with a playful stick out of her tongue, "Who knows?" She had purposefully used her Clima-Tact in the attack to disguise the true extent of her abilities.
This encounter was particularly significant for Nami. Post-consuming the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, inspired by Enel's formidable prowess, expectations were high. Although she hadn't yet mastered the devastating scale of an El Thor, her command over thunder was still impressive.
Despite this, Nami hadn't reached the level of power Bai Ye had anticipated.
Nami's development of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit is indeed distinct from Enel's approach. While Enel focused primarily on the sheer power of the fruit, Nami has taken a more nuanced route, emphasizing artistry and precision.
Her innate knack for understanding the climate has been enhanced significantly by the fruit. Previously, Nami could sense major shifts in weather patterns, such as rainstorms or thunder. Now, her abilities have deepened, allowing her to detect even the subtlest changes in her environment.
This enhanced sensitivity is not just an academic curiosity; it empowers Nami to manipulate the weather with an artist's touch. Imagine the butterfly effect: a single, well-placed lightning strike could set off a series of reactions leading to a tornado. During their travels, Nami has even replicated Bai Ye's "Meteor Volcano" technique from Alabasta, showcasing her ability to orchestrate complex natural phenomena.
Nami's approach isn't about unleashing raw destruction but about weaving the elements to her strategic advantage. Her finest technique isn't a massive thunderbolt like Enel's El Thor, but rather a uniquely crafted natural disaster that only she could orchestrate.
The Clima-Tact, her trusty tool, hasn't been sidelined in this evolution. In fact, it has become even more integral to her style, complementing her refined control over the weather. This synergy between her fruit powers and the Clima-Tact makes Nami a formidable navigator and a master of meteorological mayhem.
When Fukurou blurted out all those details, Nami couldn't help but raise an eyebrow in surprise. She had noticed the zipper on his mouth from the start and was curious about this odd CP9 member who seemed unable to keep secrets.
"Why do I keep telling secrets?" Fukurou wondered aloud, baffling even himself.
Nami, seizing the opportunity, asked innocently, "Really? Can you tell me more about yourself and the lady with you?"
Kalifa, standing nearby, quickly tried to intervene. "Fukurou, don't say another word!" she warned sharply.
But Fukurou, once again, couldn't help himself. Without zipping his mouth shut, he spilled everything. "My name is Fukurou, and her name is Kalifa. We are both from CP9. My power is 800, and hers is 630, but since Kalifa recently acquired the Bubble-Bubble Fruit, she can manipulate bubbles and shape them at will. Now, she's definitely stronger than me, Chapapa~"
Nami, taken aback by the ease with which he revealed such crucial information, thought to herself, Members of CP9, do they all have something wrong with their heads?
Despite the sudden influx of information, Nami quickly regained her composure and smirked at the two operatives. "I was planning to wrap this up quickly," she said casually, "but now—"
Fukurou, looking into Nami's amused eyes, felt a chill run down his spine.
Nami finished with a mischievous glint in her eye, "Maybe we can have a bit more fun with this."

As Nico Robin made her way toward the courthouse, she was confronted by two distinct agents.
The first agent taunted her with a heavy sneer, "I think we'd better finish this fight quickly, Nico Robin."
The second one chimed in with a grave tone, "That's right, Nico Robin. You've been on the run since you were eight, accused of countless crimes. It's time you surrendered."
The first was Nero, who styled himself like a cowboy straight out of a Western, complete with ostentatious makeup. He was only a reserve member of CP9, having mastered just four of the Six Navy Powers. His fate in the original story was grim; after a defeat by Franky, he met his end at the hands of Lucci.
The second agent was an odd sight indeed—short, with disheveled white hair, dressed in a chef's uniform, his eyes bulbous and teeth resembling those of a rodent. This was Wanze, a spy and cook from CP7 known for his Ramen Kenpo. In the original story, unlike his colleague, his defeat was by Sanji's knife, who for the first time overcame an opponent using his hands.
Unfazed by their words, Robin responded calmly, acknowledging her long evasion of capture. Yet, the Robin of today was no longer the woman constantly on the run. She stood resolute, her eyes fixed on her challengers.
"This time, I won't run away!" she declared, her hands poised for action.
"Let you both experience the martial arts techniques taught by Bai Ye—"
She swiftly crossed her arms in front of her, unleashing her move: "Tenfold Blooming Flower: Cotton Palm Technique!"

In a narrow alley, Merry swung her fist with force, shattering a massive iron ball that came hurtling towards her.
"One boat force—Punch!"
However, when she tried to spot who had launched the iron ball, she only caught a glimpse of a shadow darting away. Frustrated, she exclaimed, "Damn it, he ran away again!"
Not too far from where Merry was, Chopper had a similar encounter. With a powerful leap and a swing of his hooves, he sent another iron ball flying back to its sender.
"Arm Point: Carved Hoof Cross!"
Soon after, Chopper and Merry regrouped, sharing their experiences.
"The attacks aren't strong, but they're persistent and annoying," Merry complained.
They noticed that although the assailants weren't particularly powerful, the constant barrage of iron balls was a significant nuisance. Neither Merry nor Chopper had yet faced a truly formidable opponent. The most persistent threat was the mysterious appearance of these iron balls, flung from out of sight.
If Bai Ye had been with them, he would have instantly recognized the assailants as members of the Guilty Jury—a group of stern guards known for their iron chains and heavy balls, each branded with the word "Guilty" on their left arms, frequently shouting "Guilty!" as they attacked.
