Accompanied by a sizzling sound, the masked man was struck by Nami's powerful electric attack. "Vari 1,000,000 V!!!" she shouted, unleashing a tremendous blast of electricity.

This attack was beyond what the masked man had anticipated based on his briefings, causing him considerable distress. Having just recovered from Sanji's kick, which had scorched his clothes and bruised his chest, he now found himself enveloped in a storm of electricity. The force of the attack launched him skyward!

Witnessing this, Sanji, fueled by fury at the attack on Nami, used his Moonwalk technique to propel himself into the air after the ascending masked man. "You even made a move on Nami!!" Sanji bellowed, his face twisted in anger. "You are not a gentleman at all!!"

With a fiery kick prepared, Sanji unleashed his Diable Jambe - Flambage Shot, driving the masked man back towards the ground with tremendous force.

Coughing and struggling, the masked man managed to activate his Iron Body technique in mid-air, which mitigated some of the impact, though Sanji's fiery kick still broke through his defenses.

As he plummeted toward the ground, the masked man stretched out his hand, making a pushing motion as if opening a door. To the astonishment of Robin, Nami, and Sanji, an actual door materialized in thin air, and the masked man quickly slipped through it, vanishing from sight.

Sanji landed back on the ground with a thud, and Nami hurried over to join him and Robin. They exchanged puzzled glances, and then Robin explained, "It should be the ability of a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit—an incredible ability to open doors in the air."

Sanji, still catching his breath, remarked in disbelief, "I always thought only a weirdo like Bai Ye could pull off something like that."

Nami, still processing the events, turned to Robin with concern, "I didn't get a chance to ask earlier, Robin, who was that guy in the mask? Why did he want to catch you?"

Robin, collecting her thoughts, replied soberly, "It won't be clear for a while, but we may be in big trouble."

In a bar located in Water 7, an unusual event occurred: a door materialized out of thin air. A figure in a black cloak and mask clumsily fell through this door, crashing onto tables and chairs, creating a cacophony of destruction. After the dust settled, the man slowly sat up. He removed his mask and cloak, revealing his identity. Dressed all in black, he was a tall, imposing figure with prominent lips, a black beard, and black hair styled to mimic the horns of a bull. This man was Blueno, a member of the covert CP9 organization, and unbeknownst to many, the owner of this bar.

Blueno had earlier closed the bar to focus on a mission, which explained the absence of patrons at that moment. Suddenly, a loud, rebellious voice echoed from outside: "Hey! Blueno, why did you suddenly close the bar!" The voice carried a hooligan's audacity.

Blueno recognized the voice instantly. It continued, "I'm in urgent need of refilling Coke now!" Outside, a large figure was shouting into the bar. This man was even bulkier than Blueno, especially noted in his enormous arms marked with two five-pointed star tattoos. He wore a glaring gold chain around his neck, a red beach shirt, and tight briefs—his appearance was unapologetically flamboyant.

Striking a ridiculous pose, he yelled, "If there's no Coke, I can't be SU.PER!!" Alongside him, two women mimicked his pose and exclaimed in unison, "That's right!" "That's it!" These women, likely twins given their identical hot physiques and outlandish hairstyles, were known as the Square Sisters—Mozu and Kiwi.

In Water 7, this trio was unmistakable and infamous. They were Franky, the leader of the Franky Family, and his eccentric companions.

Despite Franky's loud complaints, Blueno, still recovering from his abrupt entrance, chose to ignore the ruckus. But it wasn't long before another commotion began just outside the door.

"Brother Franky!!" A chorus of shouts heralded the arrival of a group of men dressed in black suspenders, congregating around Franky and his companions.

One of them stepped forward and said without preamble, "Brother Franky, the Straw Hat Pirates you mentioned have arrived in Water 7."

At this news, Franky's enthusiasm surged. "Oh!!" he exclaimed. "Take me to them right away! They're a bunch of pretty SU.PER guys, hahahaha!"

"No problem, big brother, you got it!" responded one of his men as their voices faded into the distance. Eagerly, Franky and his entourage hurried towards the location of the Golden Merry.

Meanwhile, Blueno, who had retreated to a quieter part of his bar, was busy with a Den Den Mushi. The screen displayed a stern face, reflecting the seriousness of the conversation. "The plan to lure Robin into betrayal failed," Blueno reported crisply. "Target No. 2 is suspected to be in contact with the Straw Hats."

His words were met with a prolonged silence from the other end of the line. Finally, the voice responded, "I see, all plans related to the Straw Hats are to be suspended for now."

With a nod, Blueno ended the call. "Clear," he affirmed, his face set in a grim expression as he pondered the next steps in the unfolding drama.

Meanwhile, at the bustling No. 1 dock of Galley-La Company, the captain of CP9, Rob Lucci, quietly ended a call on his Den Den Mushi. He watched intently as several figures appeared across the dock, his eyes narrowing slightly in calculation.

Luffy and his crew were standing in front of the dock, their eyes wide with fascination. "Wow! What an interesting place!!" Luffy exclaimed, clearly thrilled. They had just witnessed a skirmish where a group of unruly pirates, refusing to pay their ship repair fees, were swiftly dealt with by the skilled shipbuilders. The offenders had been spectacularly launched skyward by strategically fired cannons, much to the amusement of the onlookers. Such occurrences, they learned, were not uncommon here, making the shipbuilders of Galley-La quite popular, almost like local celebrities.

Usopp watched, his expression a mix of awe and disbelief, as he commented, "How can these guys be so harsh with pirates...their own customers?" He was puzzled, knowing that beyond the navy, pirates were frequent patrons of shipbuilding and repair services.

Bai Ye chuckled at this, "It would be abnormal but only if you don't have any skills."

Granny Kokoro, seemingly refreshed and more alert, nodded in agreement. "Hahaha, that's right, that boy Iceburg is quite proud of his company."

"Then, let's go in and find him," Luffy suggested eagerly, making a move to climb over the fence.

However, his progress was abruptly halted by a firm hand on his shoulder, pushing him gently back. A young man with big black eyes adorned with three lashes each, and a long, rectangular nose reminiscent of Usopp's, intervened. "Please wait a moment, let's talk outside first," he suggested politely.

Luffy, taken aback by the interruption, stared at the man for a few seconds. Then, a light bulb went off in his head, and he blurted out, "Ah! So it's you, Usopp!!"

Next to him, the real Usopp snapped in annoyance, "I'm right here, you idiot!!
