Currently, Bai Ye had several methods at his disposal. The cultivation of innate qi had significantly improved his physical fitness, and his ability to transform internal energy into qi was showing remarkable results. This transformation had elevated the power of his martial arts techniques by more than one level. Additionally, he had the Golden Light Mantra from [Taomen Jilu], a top skill of Longhushan, which served as a potent combination of offense and defense.

Moreover, neither the martial arts nor the Golden Light Curse required extensive practice. Bai Ye's primary focus was to gradually enhance his qi, which would, in turn, allow his martial arts to reach their full potential and propel the Golden Light Mantra to its next stage of development.

With this in mind, Bai Ye had identified his current priority: to master Pure Yang Wuji Kung Fu as quickly as possible. Once he reached a state of perfection in this technique, the mental method would circulate in his body automatically, continuously absorbing the spiritual energy of heaven and earth. This practice would bolster his strength and hasten his progress.

Despite dedicating most of his time to these endeavors, Bai Ye also intended to learn some supplementary skills:

Refining: Qi practitioners who excelled in refining possessed the ability to craft powerful magical artifacts by harnessing the power of heaven and earth. Although Bai Ye didn't plan to use weapons, he believed he could refine useful items for his travels.

Alchemy: Unlike inner elixirs, alchemy focused on creating elixirs to enhance one's abilities. This practice was an act of respect for one's enemies, as it allowed a Taoist disciple to enter battle at their full potential.

Talisman Crafting: Talismans were versatile and practical tools within Taoist techniques, and Bai Ye saw no reason to neglect them.

With his goals set, Bai Ye entered a period of intense cultivation. He understood from Koby that he had about three days in the outside world, roughly equivalent to a month in the interior space for his practice. Time was of the essence, and Bai Ye was determined to make the most of it.

After Bai Ye emerged from his room, he found that the pirate ship was approaching the port. Luffy greeted him eagerly, curious to know if Bai Ye had completed his training.

Bai Ye admitted that although the time was relatively short, he had gained something from his practice. He explained that it was his first time adapting to such an intense training routine.

Luffy, ever enthusiastic, suggested they proceed to find the pirate hunter and invite him to join their crew. They were excited to explore the new land and enjoy some delicious barbecue.

However, Bai Ye had other plans. He intended to visit the nearby naval base. Luffy questioned this decision, as pirates usually avoided the navy. Bai Ye clarified that they had just set sail and lacked a pirate ship or bounties, so as long as they kept it a secret, no one would suspect them of being pirates.

"Before you disembark, Luffy, I have something intriguing to show you," Bai Ye said, his smile promising mystery and amusement.

Luffy's eyes sparkled with anticipation. "Really? What is it?"

The trio ventured to the pirate ship's treasure storage area. Koby had diligently packed the amassed treasure into a sizable package - plundering being a pirate's standard procedure after all.

"Luffy, watch closely and don't blink," Bai Ye cautioned.

Positioning his hand atop the large package, he paused, focused, and then—Shua—it vanished.

"WHAT!!" Koby's expression mirrored his shock, a look shaped by a collection of baffling experiences in recent days. Where had his carefully packed bundle gone?

In stark contrast, Luffy bubbled over with excitement, eagerly probing Bai Ye from top to bottom. "Are you a magician, Bai Ye? Where did you hide that package?"

Bai Ye ...

"Bastard, where are you touching?!!" he finally snapped.
