"Hmmm"
Inside the office, the old appraiser sat in a lotus position, with an incense burner infront of him. It had been a long while since he tried to improve his bloodline...it was quite unfamiliar.
"Let's begin" the lit the incense burner up and entered a state of meditation. At first, he felt nothing as if he were just trying to push himself with no external help.
This was quite unusual for a high quality booster as they would begin acting immediately. This pointed to the low quality of the booster....however, just as he was opening his mouth to complain he felt a sudden rush of blood permeate his body.
His blood went crazy in a split second..
"Oh my.." The old appraiser had no choice than to immediately close his eyes and focus for fear of backlash.
