Red Demon sat in a chi chamber and began to envelop himself in shadow element, along with a flame hovering in front of him. With the chamber pressure on high causing his head to hurt. 'I don't have time to cultivate these elements one at the time. Luckily found a way to make this happen. What with shadow surrounding me, a flame being absorbed and projected simultaneously. With a sprinkle of pure chi gas being pushed in here to a high amount' the last request was not an easy ask from the attendants. Till he threatened them to let him do what he wanted. Being a guest there was no argument. But he was warned the process was dangerous. Which Red Demon did heed this warning, but wasn't going to stop him from trying. And he did intend on respecting the seventy two hours rule.
"That's it focus on pushing through the pain. Keep focusing on moving the chi through all the circuits of your body. Smooth like a river flowing through a forest" All Seeing said floating next to him. Red Demon said nothing as he kept focused. All Seeing remained silent as the process continued. He could feel each meridian expanding as he absorbed each element. This also strengthened his Soul Core. He was growing slowly to Rank Six his first path to the Celestial Step. He was reaching the top tier of Rank Five he had to catch up to Smiling.
But he knew he shouldn't cripple himself. It was a marathon and would take time. His body felt exhausted. He had never tried cultivated three elements at once so he took it easy. He shut off the chamber and balanced his chi circuits stabilizing them. "Your making progress on the Mind Element. Using pressure, fast thinking, and concentration you'll be able to elevate its power" she stated floating by him smiling. He gave her a nod.
He did feel tired but at the same time he felt refreshed thanks to the Chi Leech technique that was growing stronger with each use. The hunger was however the unfortunate side effect of this. And for once his mind was not preoccupied with feeding on chi. He felt full and clear minded. He went to the training room and then to the forge to get some new ideas. He decided that he need a collection of soul weapons. In case he was again disarmed Demon's Wrath couldn't be his only weapon. But he also decided to make them from mythical monster parts. So he went to get some insight. He watched as the smiths hammered away on anvils, seeing a smelter with molten mythical beast body parts. He saw a chamber filled with them as butchers removed body parts, collecting blood, and soul cores. One butcher stopped what he was doing wiping his hands on a towel. "Can I help you? Here to work cause watching will cost you?" He said throwing the rag down on the table. In front of him was a creature with gray skin, leather wings, and a large mouth with a long tongue hanging out. It had no eyes and the claws were pure black and big. "What creature is this?" He asked.
Butcher looked down at it, "An Ash Bat. They are extremely dangerous and move in swarms. We had a cluster brought down by a pack. They use sound as a weapon with acute hearing" the Butcher explained. Red Demon nodded, "What type of weapon would this particular creature work well as?" He asked. "Depends. But mainly they are used in armor. Giving a buff of vibration absorption to repel after many build ups of kinetic energy. It would be equipped with a spell to help amplify that" Red Demon's eyebrows arched. "Wow. That's quite a creation? And what techniques do you utilize to craft these mythical creatures into useable items?" He asked intrigued.
Butcher scoffed, "I am only the one who carves up the ingredients for forging use. I am not in charge here" he explained. "You want to learn something like that ask the Forge Master" he then picked up a thin blade and began to skin the bat.
Red Demon stepped onto the forge floor and saw a grizzled man with a wide body. He was dawned in a leather apron with a hammer and tongs on his tool belt. He had a head band over his head. He was holding a broad sword as another smith stood next to him looking nervous. The grizzled man stared at the work with focused intrigue. He swung the sword through the air and then walked over to a wooden dummy coated in armor. He then slashed at the dummy with tremendous strength the blade then cracked. He then sighed loudly, "What material did you use again?" He asked staring at the smith who now looked like he could keel over. "Albino Cave Serpent, Rank 4 with steel" the big smith handed the sword back. "You failed to heat treat correctly, you allowed the metal to get to hot, your runes for sturdiness are clearly inefficient, and it's a fail. Go back to the drawing board. Using the Albino Cave Serpent should of given this weapon tremendous density, but like I told you the heat treat has to be done correctly" he walked away from the smith now looking at Red Demon.
"Can I help you?" Red Demon stared at another smith working on an anvil as the blue sparks flew from the glowing blue billet. "I came to ask what techniques are used to forge? And if possible learn it?" The Forge Master looked at him in a dumbfounded stare. "WHO even are you?" He asked.
"I am a guest of the king" Red Demon answered blankly. The smith scratched his chin, "Why would a Forge user need a technique anyway?" He asked. "You have an analysis ability?" Red Demon asked. The Smith nodded at his question. "To answer your question I need it to help in something. Along with making my own gear would be of great help. Forging with chi takes a lot of chi and concentration to manifest weapons. I had to learn their weight, make up of their forms, how they feel, etc. And I am looking to broaden my horizons" the big man stood in silence listening to him.
He then produced a scroll from mid air it looked big and seemed to be layered with scrolls all held together by a gold ring. "Interesting? I like that mind set. Wish most of my smiths had it. Alright I'll give you a copy of the technique and notes I've accumulated. Now if you want mythical beasts to test on I would talk to the butchers. They take gold and would be happy to give you anything. Our beast population is limited in selections, but every realm has different beast populations. Forging with them will be different then here" he explained scratching his chin. "I'm curious to see what you come up with. At least make a deal with me when you mastered it bring me your masterpiece for inspection" he winked handing him giant bundle of scrolls.
"I can do that sir. Thank you" Red Demon said taking the scroll. "Now to give you some pointers right now always enrich the blood with your own chi along with the body parts. With that done you will have ownership of it linking it to you. The weapon has to be attuned to the wielder" he explained. Red Demon nodded, "Sounds good" they then shook hands. "Mind if you show me a demonstration so I can see the process through and through?" the Smith smiled at this request. "It'll cost you ten gold coins?" he said with a smirk. Red Demon nodded and produced ten gold coins from his belt. The smith smiled greedily, "Step into my personal forge lets get started" he pointed to a room adjacent to the main forge floor.

Prometheus, Smiling, and Kira appeared in the courtyard with a flash of light. All warriors sprang to action, or ducked for cover when the flash went off. Kira stumbled forward and then puked. Smiling was doing the same and Prometheus stood upright with indifference. He scanned around till he landed on the giant gate. "SHUT THE GATES!" He yelled at the guards. They shook from the volume. "I'm serious close them! You'll thank me in…" he looked down at a pocket watch. "Twenty minutes. Activate all defenses as well take all precautions" he told them. The guards scowled. "We only take orders from our King!" He yelled back. "Your King will understand your disobedience when I'm saying you close the damn gate and take all precautions! I'm not asking you! I'm telling you!" His eyes began to glow bright. His body coated in blue aura light.
The guards then went into action seeing his seriousness. The gate slammed closed with three gates closing one behind the other. Ballistae's were activated, and the guards took to the ramparts. "Who the hell are you and what is going here!" Fulken said as he came in with a group of warriors from the keep. "I'm Prometheus. Your king knows who I am. I need to see him immediately!" He said walking passed Fulken paying him no mind.
Fulken stared at his back as he walked away. He turned to look at Kira. "What is going on Master Kira!" He asked her. She collected herself, "Sir. The Onyx Wall is open it's been breached. Corrupted are running the country side. They will come here shortly…" she explained. "I want a debrief now on what happened. Bring him as well" he said pointing at Smiling who was spitting on the ground. "All warriors prepare for battle! All hands on deck! Wake up anyone sleeping. This is a call to arms!" He shouted to the warriors.
