"Let's go."
Arzan gasped and nodded, looking confused between dazes, when she was about to change shifts she received a blow on her shoulder.
"Let me take you."
Arzan looked back for a moment, nodded but froze. "What's the position?" She blinked slowly.
The answer to Arzan's question was only that Ain stretched out both hands, squatted down which the werewolf immediately understood, put her hands around the intersection of wizard's neck.
"What are you doing?"
While moving from one tree to another, Ain's neck felt so hot and cold felt a sudden fever, something soft licked him sending goosebumps sensation throughout his body.
"I-" A tongue lick soft, hit by gusts of wind it felt even colder plus a sticky sensation. "Fixed you."
"You smelled like sour just now, don't you think there's something wrong? I mean-"
"You're hurt."
Ain was flabbergasted, he looked down to see Arzan in his arms curled up like a fetus, not depicting someone who had just licked his neck as if it was a normal action. Their eyes met. Soft green meets jet black.
"How do you know?" Ain no longer saw Arzan, afraid of getting lost in the beauty of her eyes, besides that he also didn't want hit something.
"In case you forgot I just bit you."
Ain snorted, pouting and moaning, really wanting to ruffle his hair because that wasn't what he meant. "Prepare yourself, from now on wherever you go I will always follow you."
"Why?" Arzan tilted her head, nuzzling her face into the intersection of Ain's neck above mark, inhaling the sweet aroma of coffee almost obeying the instinct of licking and biting that part again.
"My mark was burned, when I came you weren't hurt yet. It's troublesome, so I will continue to haunt you."
"Very rude but you can." Arzan squeezed Ain's coat causing her to groan. The witch had been holding back ignoring Arzan's actions which were becoming more and more persuasive over time.
Ain raised an eyebrow. "So the story is that you want to cheat?"
"No," Arzan's voice was as cold as snow. "All this because of your mark."
Ain stopped, landed perfectly in the snow. Looking back and forth, he sighed. After he thought about it, soulmates were a complicated matter.
The werewolf and wizard locked eyes. "I don't understand." Ain corrected the position of his hands, tightening his grip on Arzan's body. "My Mark wasn't meant for that."
Arzan looked away, frowning in annoyance. "From the start, I liked your pheromones and after the agreement, I couldn't deny it anymore. If it weren't for that every time you came close I would have kicked your ass." She looked back at Ain, patted his cheek, the second time the pat turned into a slap. "You're one of the things that I don't like."
What Ain feared happened, he got lost in the beauty of Arzan's eyes even though the marks from Arzan's slap were still hot on his cheek.
"You started it." He grinned.
"What-"
Ain kissed Arzan's lips, licking her upper and lower lips. He moaned with how softly Arzan's lips, tasted fucking sweet and he boozy, the meeting of the lips sent a strangely pleasant electric shock and Ain didn't want to go back, he didn't regret it.
Arzan glared, still processing the sudden kiss. The feeling of discomfort caused her move restlessly, plus the lack of air forced her to take a breath to get as much oxygen as possible, all of which ended up being eaten by Ain as if it were the last meal at the end of his life.
He kissed her for dear life, experimenting with biting Arzan's lower lip, drinking in the moans mixed with the werewolf's whimpers. His hands tightened his embrace, embracing Arzan, eroding the distance leaving no air to pass through. They practically stick together.
When Ain's tongue slipped in, playing with his tongue entangling Arzan's tongue, trying to suck out any saliva not wanting to leave any, he suddenly let go, leaving Arzan staring confusedly middle a daze.
"Ahem."
The two of them turned their heads, both Arzan and Ain almost fell, only because they holding each other to balance themselves that didn't happen. Wizard and Werewolf moved ready to fight before mad vampire raised both hands in a hurry.
"Stop, now I just want to talk. Can't you see I'm badly injured?" Two left fingers sway.
Ain scratched his head. "How does it feel to watch people kiss?"
"What?" Vampire gawked.
Arzan hit Ain's head resulting in a groan of pain.
"That's a good scene, by the way, my name is Lupi. You look clumsy, you better practice more."
Arzan's cheeks turned red, what the hell was she stuck in a perverted conversation where she was the only woman?
At that moment he felt like she wanted to sink herself to the bottom of the vampire world to freeze.
"Thank you for the advice," Ain said until Arzan wanted to hit his shoulder but was arrested that time.
"If you don't want to fight what do you want?" Ain asked still holding Arzan who rebelled.
Lupi's expression turned 180° into a serious one. "Your woman is not an ordinary werewolf, she can even cancel the information I got from her."
Ain's jaw was tense remembering the vampire in front of him gnawing at Arzan's hand. "That means not your sustenance."
Arzan's hand was released, at that time the emotion of losing with logic so Arzan lost interest in beating Ain, she focused on the vampire in front of her.
"Let's work together. I want to research the whole world, the reason I was thrown into the world of the human kingdom, and uncover the secret. I want a lot of things."
"Sorry, but the answer is no."
Lupi looked at Ain low as low as possible to emit an aura of leadership, Ain's eyebrow raised clicking his tongue.
"I can understand you, the problem is I don't care about the truth."
"Damn wizard."
"My name is Ain, and this is Arzan." Ain pointed to Arzan.
"I can't forgive your crazy act, now even tough hurt, let's fight."
Arzan smiled lopsidedly proudly agreeing to Ain's decision, she would not let her body be researched, it was the same as killing her alive.
Lupi snorted. "Damn it, it's useless you depend on Wolf's healing ability, the time is not right."
"Then test endurance. Two against one, there are many chances for two people to win."
Lupi's hands clenched, the veins of the pale neck protruded, attracting Ain's attention to see if there was blood flowing there.
"Damn it, enough with your silliness," Arzan hissed sharply.
"Vampires act like they're human, I'm curious!"
"Next time we meet I will destroy you until there are no molecules left!"
Werewolf and Wizard stopped arguing shifting focus to the vampire, seeing him running at an absurd speed.
"Damn the Lionos Kingdom. They cover up technological advances."
Ain growled good relations between kingdoms cannot nice work. Arzan averted her gaze, with Lupi's departure the discomfort returned even more. She rubbed his palms against her cheeks in addition to warming the body but also wanting to do anything so that the clumsy was not too obvious.
"Hah..." Ain's breath was steaming. "I'm cold, let's go before the vampires or friends catch up with us."
For the last time, Ain looked at the place where Lupi stood, made sure he had him left, while the shadows approached them. Ain glared not ready if it was their group, in his mind he mumbled.
"Don't let us get caught red-handed a few minutes after I kiss Arzan, I still want to do it!"
Call it Ain is crazy.
