Chapter 11 - Red Espiritual Net (Part 1)

For three consecutive days, Amalia absorbed the first strand of purple spiritual energy in the morning, slightly enhancing her strength and healing about thirty to forty percent of her internal injuries.

This effect could also be attributed to the Amulets she purchased from the old street.

Eight Amulets were arranged around Amalia. These were simple Qi Gathering Amulets, capable of attracting the spiritual energy between heaven and earth.

Thanks to these Amulets, she was able to achieve this level of recovery. Without them, she wouldn't have even managed to heal ten percent of her injuries.

However, they were used up quite quickly, and now, only a few low-level Amulets remained from the ones she acquired from the old man.

Amalia stood up and brushed off the black ashes on her body.

These were the remnants of the Amulet energy after being used up.

After tidying up, Amalia followed the agreement and went to the old street to find Mr. Zenón. Before that, she went to the elderly man who sold Amulets.

By the time she left, the money she earned from the original owner job had been spent as well.

Mr. Zenón had already prepared the remaining materials.

"These materials are not easy to find, but luckily I managed to gather them within two days," Mr. Zenón said.

Having been in the business of selling refining materials for so many years, he knew the attributes and uses of various materials better than most Artificers.

Some of the materials Amalia requested, however, were puzzling to him.

Materials like "Mystic Dust" were relatively rare. Not because they were scarce, but because few Artificers used them.

Mystic Dust was an extremely hard material that required a long time to refine successfully.

However, the process of refining an artifact required patience and focus, and Artificers often found the benefits of Mystic Dust to be limited.

As a result, they began substituting it with other materials. Over time, Mr. Zenón shop no longer stocked Mystic Dust.

Amalia was the first person he had encountered in many years who needed Mystic Dust.

While the quantity she requested was not small, Mr. Zenón couldn't help but ask, "Young friend, what do you need so much Mystic Dust for? Many Artificers don't use it anymore."

"It has its uses," Amalia didn't know that Mystic Dust was a discarded material among Artificers.

Mr. Zenón had only asked about Mystic Dust, which implied that it might have some special qualities.

However, she couldn't explain these qualities clearly, so she chose not to explain at all.

Her reticence only made Mr. Zenón view her as mysterious and extraordinary.
