On the vast ocean, the Miss Love Geese sailed through the waters, its sails catching the gentle breeze that propelled the ship forward. The sun glinted off the surface of the sea. Standing on the deck were Ivy, Cherry, Emeraude, and Rubis.
Cherry, full of energy and excitement, dashed across the deck, her red hair flying wildly behind her as she ran. "The wind feels so nice in my hair!" she exclaimed. She twirled, arms outstretched, soaking in the feeling of the sea breeze on her face.
Ivy, leaning against the railing, crossed her arms and sighed. "Cherry, you're disturbing everyone with all that running around," she said.
Cherry pouted, stopping in her tracks before looking to Emeraude for support. "Emeraude, Ivy's being mean to me!" she whined.
Emeraude smiled warmly. "Oh, let her run around. She's just having fun," she said with a light giggle, her emerald eyes sparkling.
"See? Emeraude agrees!" Cherry said triumphantly, sticking her tongue out at Ivy before resuming her carefree frolic around the deck.
Ivy shook her head and sighed. "She's still just a kid," Emeraude added,
"I know," Ivy sighed. "But she really should be a bit more mature by now," she added.
"You know my sister has a soft spot for children," Rubis said. "Especially ones like Cherry," she added.
"I wonder if PR or BM need any help?" Ivy asked.
Rubis leaned against the railing, "They'll be fine, Ivy. They told you to relax. You've been doing more than enough," she reassured.
"Yeah, big sis, you need to chill for once!" Cherry chimed, skipping around Ivy with a grin.
Ivy sighed. She had been trying to learn everything she could, absorbing as much knowledge from the crew as possible. She didn't just want to be here, she wanted to be a useful part of the team. "I just wanted to help," she admitted.
"And you already have," Emeraude said. She gave Ivy an encouraging nod. "You've been doing great. You don't have to push yourself so hard," she added.
Rubis's smile turned teasing as she leaned in slightly. "If you don't start taking it easy, we'll have to tell Captain Ben you're overworking yourself," she said.
"Uh-oh, big sis is gonna get spanked!" Cherry laughed. She stuck out her tongue at Ivy before dashing away, her laughter echoing on the deck.
"Hey!" Ivy protested, her cheeks flushing. She bolted after Cherry. "Get back here, you little menace!" she added.
"Catch me if you can!" Cherry taunted over her shoulder, as she dodged Ivy's playful attempts to grab her.
Emeraude and Rubis smiled. "Cherry seems so happy right now," Emeraude remarked.
"She does, she has always been smiling despite going through everything," Rubis said.
"Lets keep that smile on both their faces," Emeraude added. They both nodded.
At that moment, PR came out of the centralized tower. She had a smile on her face. "They are having fun," PR remarked as she saw Ivy and Cherry playing.
"They are,"Emeraude giggled.
"Are we getting close to Alabasta?" Rubis asked.
Cherry stopped running and looked at them. "Alabasta?" she asked.
"Cherry, were you not listening?" Ivy asked.
"I was," she pouted. "It is our Princess homeland which Ben saved from an evil Crocodile. We are going back to make more shields for everyone," she explained
"That is correct," Emeraude said. She smiled at Cherry.
"In terms of distance, we are still a day or two off getting there," PR said. "There is an island which we are approaching where we will stop for a few hours to get some supplies for the Miss Love Geese," PR added.
"Partia's a small town, so there wasn't much to stock up for a long journey," Rubis remarked. "What island is coming up next?" Rubis asked,
"It's called Little East Blue Island," PR replied calmly.
Cherry perked up. "Little East Blue Island. That's an interesting name," she said.
PR nodded. "It is an island in which East Blue inhabitants had moved from East Blue to here," PR explained.
Cherry grinned. "That is interesting," Cherry said.
"How long until we reach it?" Emeraude asked.
"It should be coming soon," PR replied.
"How have you found this information?" Emeraude asked.
"There is a database," PR responded. "I can see the Island," she said as she opened her wings and took to the sky.
PR saw a small island with steep cliffs on one side and a beach on the other. The cliffs formed a protective barrier around most of the island, creating a natural cove with a turquoise blue sea. The interior of the island was lush and green, with forested areas and open grassy spaces. There's a gentle slope leading down from the cliffs toward the beach.
"It is a small island," Rubis said.
At that moment, a large, brown horned beetle with tusk-like pincers appeared from the ocean. He had pink fur behind his head. He had large wings that buzzed. There were four legs, each of which were thin and small. His eyes were yellow and had black pupils.
"A large beetle," Cherry remarked.
"It is going to attack us," Rubis said.
"Cherry get down," Ivy said as she rushed to protect Cherry.
The large beetle flew towards them. "Heat Haze," PR said as she shot a stream of fire from the palm of her hand. The stream of fire hit the large beetle. It went flying back and hit the ocean. There was a huge splash.
"Wow," Cherry said looking at the flames PR created.
"That is incredible," Emeraude said.
"I wonder what the beetle was doing?" Rubis asked.
"Either way let's dock on the island," PR responded.
BM came walking from the central tower. She looked around. "I saw the large beetle approaching the Miss Love Geese," BM remarked.
"PR took care of it, she sent it flying," Cherry said.
"There might be more so we should keep an eye out," BM added.
"Okay," PR responded as she landed back on the Miss Love Geese. The group gathered.
They sailed towards East Blue Island.
