The villager ran towards the east side of the village. "We need to protect it," Lacos shouted.
Marine soldiers came running with their swords and clashed with the villagers. "You all have illegal weapons and are trying to undermine the Marine and World Government rule," Boo Kong stated.
"Cut down everyone who gets in our way," Bismarck ordered, The Marine slashed a villager with his sword.
"Do not yield," Lacos shouted back as he gripped his sword.
Boo Kong wielded his twin spiked clubs. Each club had sharp spikes. With a ferocious roar, he swung one of the clubs in a wide arc, its spikes connected with a villager. The villager went to the ground instantly.
Boo Kong pivoted on his heel, his second club already in motion. He brought it down onto another villager. The impact sent the man hurtling through the air, his body twisting helplessly before he crashed back to the ground with a heavy thud.
"All who defy us will be struck down," Bismarck added as he clashed with Lacos. Their swords locked together. Bismarck pushed him back.
Tashigi and Hina came up behind. They saw the Marine fighting the villagers. They look terrified. "Hina thinks something is wrong," Hina commented.
"They do not look like criminals at all," Tashigi said. She saw Bismarck fighting the villagers.
Boo Kong leaped into the air, his powerful legs propelling him high above the heads of the villagers. He aimed to bring his spiked clubs crashing down onto the ancient altar below, a devastating blow that would surely shatter it into rubble, he thought.
"He's going to destroy it!" Tashigi gasped.
"No," Maya shouted as she looked in horror.
But before Boo Kong could make contact, Alvida, lept into the air wielding her mace, Seraphina. She clashed with Boo Kong's clubs mid-air. The impact sent shockwaves through the air. Boo Kong was thrown backward by the sheer force of the clash, tumbling through the air before crashing down onto the ground with a heavy thud.
Alvida landed on her feet. "My love has said that this altar shall not be destroyed," Alvida declared. She stood tall, her eyes fixed on Boo Kong.
Boo Kong, dazed but unbroken, pushed himself up and stared at Alvida. "Who are you?" he growled.
"That's Captain Alvida of the Love Pirates, with a bounty of 105,000,000 Beli," Toma observed, his eyes wide as he recognized her. He thought, what is she doing here on this island.
Alvida shook her head slightly, correcting him. "I am not the Captain," she replied.
Mikita couldn't resist and said, "Captain Alvida!" She giggled.
"That does have a nice ring to it," Ben added with a smirk, clearly enjoying the moment.
Alvida turned to Ben, her eyes softening. "My love, you are the Captain," she affirmed.
Amid the exchange, Tashigi spotted Ben and her eyes narrowed with determination. She drew her sword, her grip firm. "I will catch you, Demon King Ben!" she shouted, charging forward with her blade poised for an attack.
Just as Tashigi's blade was about to strike Ben, Zala intervened with lightning speed. "Stinger Finger!" she called out, her fingers transforming into long, sharp spikes. She met Tashigi' sword. The two women locked eyes.
"The rumors were true that former Baroque Works joined the Love Pirates," Tashigi said as she jumped back.
"Yes they were," she replied back.
Another three Marines came running with their swords towards the Love Pirates. "Cloud Surge," Nojiko said as she created dense storm clouds around the Marines. "Lightning Barrage," she added as storm clouds darkened. The Marines stopped in the clouds surrounding them. Suddenly lighting bolts hit the Marine one by one. They screamed in pain as their bodies got hit and went down.
"Liquid Air Blast," Honey said as she held her hand out. A torrent of purple liquid shot from her hand. It went towards the Marines and hit them. The Marine went flying back and hit the ground.
"Kimono Sleeve Cage," Hina shouted as surrounded an area with a fence-like cage of bars that came out of her arms. Nojiko and Honey saw the cage. "Everyone stop," Hina said as she closed the cage. Marines and villagers were binding onto metal bars. As the cage got closer, Nojiko and Honey turned into their logia form and escaped.
Hina kissed her teeth. Ben flew next to her. "Hello Hina, I am happy to see you again," Ben said,
"Hina is not," Hina replied.
"Are you here to join us now?" Ben asked.
"Hina will never join a pirate," Hina replied.
"Cage Strike," Hina said as she raised her hand and shot iron rods at Ben. Ben took the hit on the chest.
"Ben," Vivi gasped, seeing the attack.
"I am not giving up on you Hina, Tashigi," Ben stated. "Like I said before, I want to keep you all happy, you are all precious to me," Ben added. Hina again felt her heartbeat pounding. Hina thought this was strange.
"We both know there is something else going on here," Ben said. "The Marine said these villagers are bandits," he added. "Do they look like bandits?" he asked.
"No, Hina knows something is wrong," Hina replied.
Tashigi jumped back next to Hina. "Tashigi you felt something was wrong from Saga?" Ben asked.
Tashigi had to agree. The sword, there was something different about it. "It was my fault," Maya cried. She had tears on her face.
"I don't like when a girl cries," Ben replied. He felt upset looking at her face with tears. Her smile was beautiful.
"Enough of you talking," Bismarck shouted. "We have to eliminate this village," Bismarck added.
Hina turned around. "Cage Strike," Hina said as she raised her hand and shot an iron rod at Bismarck. Bismarch used his sword to block the iron rod. He slid back going back by the force.
"Hina knows you owe Hina answers," Hina stated.
"Yes talk," Tashigi agreed.
Alvida swung her mace as Boo Kong lost his balance and slid back. He was panting. Boo King and Bismarck were next to each other.
"You are betraying us, the Marine," Bismarck yelled.
"We are defending justice," Tashigi said.
Toma came up as he just struck down a few villagers. "We are losing men, they are strong," Toma reported.
Bismarck and Boo Kong looked around. They gritted their teeth. "No matter, she won't make it," Boo Kong said as he smiled.
"Retreat for tonight," Bismarck shouted. The Marines nodded as they all left.
"We will see you soon," Bismarck said as he left.
"The fish people have taken the villagers," a woman shouted.
