As Ben struck the Shandorian Golden Belfry Bell, they all heard a beautiful song being played.
Ben flew back and landed next to the girls. They all heard the song being played.
"It is called Song of the Island," Ben informed. He added, "Noland found the island of Jaya, when it was down there by listening to the sound of the bell. He made friends there and his friend rang the bell everyday as a way of welcoming Noland back."
"That sounds like a true friend," Saphir remarked, her voice filled with appreciation for the sentiment behind the song.
"The melody is quite lovely," Conis added, swaying gently to the music's rhythm.
"The bell hasn't been rung for years," Raki observed, her eyes closed as she absorbed the soothing sounds. "It seems to long for the joy of being heard," she added.
"It's a nice melody," Kaya remarked softly, her gaze fixed on the source of the music.
"Welcoming and happy," Marianne remarked, her tone reflecting the warmth and joy conveyed by the music. The other girls nodded in agreement as they listened to the song.
As the music filled the air, Ben thought, who else would have heard this sound. He looked below thinking, he must be in joy. A smile graced his lips as Alvida came over and leaned onto his shoulder. "This is nice, my love," she remarked softly.
"It is," Ben replied.
"Ben, this is a Polygum," Robin remarked. She looked to see a large blue cube shaped structured below the platform of the bell.
Zala looked as well. "Just like in Alabasta," she added.
"These are the ones that have information about that past?" Mikita asked.
"Yes, they are different types but this has information," Ben replied.
"This has the information on Poseidon," Ben commented.
"Yes, it does," Robin replied. She looked at Ben. He somehow always knows. She smiled.
"Poseidon?" Vivi asked.
"An ancient weapon, like Pluton," Ben replied.
The girls gasped. "Is it okay for us to know this?" Conis asked. She seemed a little worried. She heard what happened to her crew mate`s country in trying to obtain one ancient weapon. They sound like something from hell.
"It's located at the bottom of the ocean, in a place called Fishman Island," Ben replied.
Robin glanced at the Poneglyph, noting that it didn't mention that explicitly.
"Where the Fishmen are from?" Zala asked.
They all turned to Nojiko. "I know they're not all bad," Nojiko said.
"There are also mermaids there," Marianne pointed out.
Conis and Raki thought about what mermaids are. They looked puzzled.
"They certainly aren't. Poseidon is actually a she, and she can control Sea Kings," Ben explained.
The girls looked stunned. "Those massive monsters?" Mikita gasped.
"A sea king can destroy an entire ship," Saphir added. She looked shocked hearing that.
"That sounds terrifying," Honey added. Her eyes widened.
"They usually are peaceful," Saphir quickly added.
"Some can be," Ben added.
Alvida thought for a second. "Another one for the harem," Alvida winked.
"Pervert," Kaya retorted. The girls giggled.
"It might not be a bad idea," Mikita said.
"Yes, thinking of how many people will be after her if they found out the truth. She would be safer and protected and loved with us," Alvida explained. The girls nodded.
"For that we need to get stronger," Robin added. She knew about the threats of the world. Memories of her past came back.
"That we will," Vivi stated. The other girls nodded.
Ben thought it was interesting Vivi was the one who gave the response. He looked at the other girls' facial expressions and they looked serious including Raki and Conis. He smiled, they are the best crew he could have had.
"At this point, only us as outsiders know about Poseidon, not even she knows about her power besides," Ben explained. He paused, "A person known as Vander Decken IX knows about her power to control sea kings and is harassing her to marry her," he explained.
"We have time to get ready, she is not in immediate grave danger, she is trapped but safe," Ben added.
"That sounds like me, trapped," Kaya remarked. "I will help her," she added.
"We all will," Vivi stated. All the girls smiled.
Next to the Polygum, Robin saw some text. It read, "I made it here. I will guide this text to the end of the earth. Pirate Gol. D Roger." She read this out loud.
Robin was shocked by what she saw. "The King of the Pirates," Zala exclaimed.
"He made it here too," Mikita added.
"Wow," Marianne murmured. The three of them knew their former captain wanted to be Pirate King as well.
"Guide this text to the end of the earth?" Nojiko asked. She thought about what that could mean.
"I wonder what it means," Vivi pondered. Her eyes widened as she thought.
"Guide as in a path," Kaya remarked.
Robin thought for a moment. "There are many Poneglyphs scattered around, each containing pieces of information. If we connect them all, we can uncover the true history," she explained.
"Exactly," Ben agreed. "There are different types of Poneglyphs, each with unique information. By piecing them together, we can reveal the Void Century," he added.
"That sounds like a mystery for us to uncover," Saphir said.
"Do you think Shushibaruba is connected to this?" Vivi asked.
"The ancient text was there, and the ancient people were mentioned," Zala replied.
"It's always possible," Ben added, contemplating the connection.
Conis and Raki smiled, sensing a larger purpose ahead. They looked at Ben with newfound determination.
He looked around and thought he completed the main reasons he came up here.
"Let's go find the lab now," Ben declared. The girls nodded.
"Master, I think I know where the lab is, however I would recommend we take the Miss Love Maxima," she proposed.
"Okay, sounds like a plan," Ben replied.
"We need to go back again," Saphir sighed, her shoulders slumping slightly.
"It will be easier for me to go down, collect Lexie, and bring up Miss Love Maxima," HQ suggested confidently.
"That sounds good to me, but do you need help with it?" Ben asked, raising an eyebrow.
"No, Master, I can handle it myself," HQ responded with a determined look. The other girls nodded, reassured by her confidence. HQ took off and gracefully flew down, her figure quickly becoming a speck in the distance.
"The A.S.S are something," Ben remarked.
"They are so incredibly valuable and important to us my love," Alvida agreed.
Ben nodded as he stared into the distance. There were some clouds with structures on top of them.
