Arius ran back to his room and got ready. He was frantically getting ready and when he left his room his sister was awfully calm about the situation, and she was ready to go to school. They left for school while Arius' mind was racing, as they approached the school, he saw the police and he remembered when he was in the bathroom there was a box of hair dye, the color red. he looked at his sister's hair and remembered that she hasn't really been frantic since she saw his hair. He realized right before police approached him that his own sister set him up, right before each officer which had green hair held a handout to their side. A green shape formed in their hand which was that of a sword, before it became a steel. Arius immediately knew he had to surrender. He put his hands up as he noticed Adriana being arrested with red hair. He was walking to the cop car with cuffs on as they put him and Adriana in the same car. He saw her but couldn't lock eyes with her since he was just going to end up like his father. When they got to the station he was taken out of the car and taken to a holding cell where Adriana was placed as well. They waited and they were taken out after a couple hours for a court hearing to see if they could leave. Adriana was up first and they let her go but now it was Arius' turn. He stepped up as the judge opened his file. "Well Arius it would seem you are not the first in your family to have red hair and since your father the mass murderer who killed 7000 people was the first to have the red hair power how do you believe you should have the right to be let go and why should we believe you are any different them him" the Judge said in a rather serious tone.
Arius would say " because I'm not him I've never hurt anyone barely ever even got into a fight my dad on the other hand didn't stop causing trouble, you guys already denied me from the school three times because of my heritage why should i believe any of you care if there is a reason to let me live amongst my fellow people what my red hair and flame powers make me evil if that makes me evil, then a petty criminal is like Satan to you guys or is it because their dad didn't do anything wrong".
After he spoke, they took him back to the cell and decided he had to stay there a week to cool off before leaving the prison.
