A series of notifications bombarded him upon Elyn's sudden power-up. The silver energy that formed around her extended slightly, forming the magnificent shape of a dragon in the air.
Two dark horns protruded from her forehead, and her purple eyes glowed brightly. Small purple scales crept up at the side of her face.
When combined with the phantom dragon in the air, Elyn looked like a strange combination of a beast and a human. It reminded him of some fantasy series' where a character was some sort of Dragon-human hybrid.
But Emery had other thoughts.
'Is this why she isn't human? I should have noticed it sooner. She had that strange energy from the start,'
There was no time to ponder all of that. She was strong enough to rival the beast but he could tell that this power boost wouldn't last long.
He also had to take full advantage of this boost!
