"Woah, that's some good dagger I got." I couldn't help but say as I read the reward of the Necromancer quest.
After making Hydra into my undead slave I got these notifications from the system and I couldn't help but be glad that I received the weapon.
It was an awesome weapon, plus it has buff too. It can paralyse and bleed the opponent.
Turning my head toward the Hydra I couldn't help but say "Hey thanks, buddy! Because of you, I received a nice weapon."
We were still in the river and currently, I was standing on the bones of a massive Hydra body.
Hearing my voice, Hydra turned his head toward me and titled it a little bit.
'It seems he didn't understand what I said. Anyway, time to see my new weapon...'
I carefully retrieved the Hydra's venom feng from the rewards, marvelling at the craftsmanship of the dagger. The weapon bore a sleek and menacing design, its blade crafted from the venomous fang of the once-mighty sea serpent.
The dagger's hilt was adorned with intricate engravings that seemed to depict scenes from the Hydra's history. Blue flames danced along the edges of the blade, mirroring the ethereal flames that now inhabited the empty eye sockets of my undead slave.
The Hydra's venom feng felt surprisingly light in my hand, yet its presence radiated a sense of potency. The venomous nature of the fang hinted at its deadly capabilities – a paralyzing effect that could incapacitate foes and a bleeding effect that would further wear them down.
Excitement surged through me as I envisioned the strategic advantages this weapon would bring to my battles. The connection between the dagger and the Hydra's essence made it more than just a weapon – it was a manifestation of the conquered sea serpent's power.
Now I have to check the stats of the Hydra. It should be on my undead slave list.

As I delved into the stats of my newest undead slave, Hydra, a sense of satisfaction washed over me. The once-majestic sea serpent, now transformed into a formidable undead entity, held impressive attributes.
Hydra's strength, agility, and stamina were all at a commendable level, making it a valuable asset in battles. The eerie blue flames within its empty eye sockets flickered, hinting at the otherworldly power that now animated its skeletal form.
Closing the attribute window of Hydra, I looked at him with a smile on my face and said: "Let's go to land now, I wasted way more time than I should have."
Hydra nodded at me and towards the marine lines beach and started to swim there.
"Woah!" I exclaimed as I tightly held on its bone.
'The speed of Hydra is awesome.'
With the bones of the Hydra serving as an unconventional vessel, we swiftly glided through the river towards the shoreline. The water parted smoothly as Hydra propelled us forward, and the distant land drew nearer with each passing moment.
The wind tousled my hair as we approached the beach.
"Alright, Hydra, let's make a grand entrance," I whispered to my undead companion, feeling a surge of excitement.
As we reached the shallows, Hydra gracefully emerged from the water, towering over the beach. The blue flames within its eye sockets flickered in the sunlight, casting an eerie yet captivating glow.
I dismounted from Hydra's back, landing on the sand with a splash. As the waves receded, Hydra stood sentinel beside me, its imposing form garnering both fear and fascination.
"Behold, my newest ally – Hydra, the sea serpent," I declared, but there was no one to see me.
Feeling awkward I turned to Hydra and said "Sorry buddy it seems there is no one alive to see us."
I was right, even if weeks had passed but I didn't see any sight of humans. Let's forget about that, I didn't see any monsters either.
Instead, there were dead bodies of humans. Some were half-eaten and mangled beyond comprehensive.
In the eerie silence that followed my proclamation, Hydra and I stood on the desolate beach, surrounded only by the distant sound of waves crashing against the shore.
Hydra, indifferent to the lack of spectators, swayed slightly on the sand, its skeletal form reflecting the harsh sunlight. The blue flames within its eye sockets continued to flicker, casting an otherworldly glow.
I decided to take a moment to assess the situation. If there were no signs of life, it could mean various things – perhaps others had migrated to other areas.
"Anyway, you can rest now.," I said to Hydra who in response came inside of my shadow.
-Clank!
I took out the dagger, Hydra's venom feng from the inventory and started to walk inside of city.
[You have entered the region of the second main quest.]
[The land of this area is deeply polluted.]
[Be careful about your breathing and move underground as quickly as possible.]
The message said this but in fact, I shouldn't be on the ground.
Why? Look at my skin now.
[You have been exposed to poisonous fog.]
The skin touched by the violet fog turned black.
Kyahh!
Once I followed the source of the fog with my eyes, I saw a monster making terrible cries.
It was a massive monster over 30 metres big.' The rhino snorted and confronted a monster in the fog, which seemed to be an insect king species based on the shadow.
Kuaaaah...
The struggle in this new world wasn't just for humans. The monsters were also fighting for their homes.
I moved while holding my breath as much as possible.
