He also encouraged his own daughter to treat others horribly and he allowed her to attack the other students.
What had happened to the students wasn't just tina's fault in a sense it was Guderian's fault as well.
After all he could have easily put his daughter in her place and made her do as he said.
But now that Ms. Mary knew the truth about everything she was starting to realize that things were even worse than she had thought.
The academy seemed to hold Guderian and tinas to such a high standard and she wondered how they would feel if they were to learn about the truth.
She wanted desperately to expose the two of them for what they had done.
She wasn't going to simply sit around and allow them to walk all over and she couldn't help but feel infuriated by the thought of just how much they had been allowed to get away with.
However she knew that the precautions would be dangerous.

Even if he was to get locked up or prosecuted she knew that it wouldn't. be for very long and soon enough he would find a way to bribe his way out or find a way to pay someone off who would bale him.
She was also aware of the fact that he had his spies everywhere and if she were to rat him out then they would surely find out and he wouldn't allow her to go so easily.
Her would surely get his revenge on her and she feared just what he would do to her.
exposing him wasn't something that she was going to be willing to put her life on the line for.
She had to think about herself first and before anything she had to make sure that she was safe and that whatever she chose to do wouldn't backfire and that it wouldn't have anyone coming after her.
However he didn't do anything about it and it seemed as though he was even somewhat proud of what she had done.
"I know that you are angry." Dick said to Ms. Mary calmly.

"Of course I am angry. Why wouldn't I be angry with the way that they are treating everyone and they are suing their magic as well as their authority and positions in order for them to get whatever they want." She said to him in a raised tone.
Dick let out as sigh from his lips as he shook his head.
He knew why she was angry and there was a time when his own response would be to lash out as well but that wouldn't do them any good.
If she wanted to get at the top of all of it she had to think everything through properly.

"You need to. Relax and think through this rationally. Don't allow your emotions to get the better of you. That is how they win against you. If you think with your emotions rather than your brain you are going to end up falling right into their trap and they aren't going to hesitate in taking you down for them to be able to cover up their own secrets." He explained to her.
She let out a sigh from her lips as she cast her head down slightly, she was well aware of the fact that he was telling the truth.
She knew that if she did act now that it would end up badly and she would most likely end up doing something that would get her killed.
"So what am I supposed to do. You can't honestly expect me to simply sit back and watch them get whate3ver they want. The world may be cruel and unfair but I am not just going to sit back down meekly and continue to allow them trample on me as well as take down the lives of innocent people who have done nothing wrong and done nothing to them." She said to him.
She watched as he tsked before shaking his head from side to side and giving her a small smile. "You don't seem to understand. I am not asking you to sit idly by and do nothing. You are going to get exactly what you want and you are going to ensure that they get what they deserve." He said to her and he watched as she furrowed her eyebrows at him in response.
"What do you mean I am going to get what I want. How do you think I am going to be able to do that?" she asked him skeptically.
"Well you don't have to stress yourself excessively or go to outrageous lengths in the hopes of getting what you want. Something that may just as well end up getting you killed. The solution that you. Are looking for is actually quite simple and I am somewhat surprised that you didn't think about it yourself." He said to her and he watched ads her eyes widened slightly as he seemed to peak her interest.
"and what is that solution that you speak of. What are you suggesting?" she asked him curiously.
She watched as dick was quiet for a moment before he dug into the pocket of his clothes.
She watched as he pulled out a small vile and she couldn't help but stare at it in curiosity as she found herself. Looking towards the liquid that swirled within it.
She watched as Dick offered it to her and she couldn't help but furrow her brows as she looked at it.
"Take it." He said to her calmly.
"What is that? What am I supposed to do with that?" shew asked him unsure of what the vile contained.
"Just take it first and I will be able to explain it all to you." He said to her in encouragement.
She gulped deeply before letting out a sigh and without much further thought she took the vile into her hand as she felt the cool glass against her skin.
"Now what?" She asked him in a mutter after a moment.
"Well I want you to give that vile to Tina. I need you to try and convince her as well as persuade her to drink the contents of this. I don't know how you will do it but it is important that she drinks it."
Mary looked towards dick with a look of disturbance as she tried to figure out if he was being serious.
