Chapter 92 - Chapter 92

He had spent a lot of his magic in order to defeat the goblins and he had little time or magic left for him to focus on tracking down the wind wolves.

He didn't know what he was going to do now and he wasn't sure how well he would be able to protect them now that he didn't have as much magic left in him.

Ken however knew that it was still his responsibility and it was still his job to protect the students and keep them safe.

He hardened his gaze as he came to stand in front of them.

"you have to remain calm. we can work together we will be able to take them down and there is nothing that they can use to harm us." He said to the students firmly.

The students gulped as some of them nodded their heads at him. They weren't entirely sure but they would do their best.

And if they hadn't allowed a horde of goblins to defeat them then they were not about to go down at the hands of a group of wolves.

Some of the students turned their gazes towards the forest. They were overwhelmed with fear and although there were parts of them that wanted to stay back and fight they were also not ready to die.

"we need to create a protective shield like last-" ken started to say however he dint get to finish his sentence as Tina approached him. She gave him a warning look as she gave his hand a firm squeeze.

He looked towards her in confusion as he wondered what it was that she was up to.

Tina didn't want the students to stay back and fight because she knew that if they did then the chances were that they would be able to survive the attack of the wolves. however her own intentions weren't for them to survive but she wanted nothing more than for them to die.

"What is it? The wolves are coming we need to defend ourselves." He said to her in a whisper. However she didn't answer him at first as she smirked before shaking her head from side to side.

"actually we don't. in fact I don't think that we need to do anything. How about we let the students run along." She said to him in a suggestive tone.

He looked towards her in confusion and shock. "what do you mean by letting them run. You know that would only cause them to panic and cause the wolves to be more drawn to them. The wolves would catch them easily and they will have no trouble taking them down.." He explained to her exasperatedly.

However he didn't miss the twinkle that was velar in her eyes at his words. "you want them dead don't you." He said to her and she only shrugged her shoulders at him in response.

"A means to an end really .now I need you to give the order." she said to him.

He gritted his teeth as thought over her words. He couldn't believe that she was in fact serious and that she truly intended on taking them all out. She had no remorse and cared little for her own classmates.

There was a part of him that wanted to go against her wishes but he was also aware of the fact that if he did so he would be in big trouble with her father.

He knew that Tina could easily get him fired for disobeying her but that wasn't the most important thing for him to consider at the moment.

There was one thing that he had to remember and that was the fact that before he was her father's employ he was also a teacher first and before the duty that he had to her father there was another duty that he had to his students and he had to make sure that he protected them.

He pulled away from Tina as he said to her, "I am going to do my job and I don't care what consequences that you have planned for me." he said to her firmly and his words were the truth. he would be able to rest well knowing that he did his best in order to keep them safe.

He came to stand in front of the students as he gave them one last order. "Stay behind me if you want to stay safe and nothing will happen to you." He ordered.

The students nodded their heads quickly doing as they were told as they rushed to take a stand behind him.

Mer ken closed his eyes and channeled his powers as he felt the energy surge through his body. Her pulled his eyes back open as he felt his body begin to emit a light glow that surrounded them,.

A translucent barrier appeared before him and the students. It was a one way magic barrier that allowed him to be able to use his own magic against the wolves but their attacks wouldn't be able to penetrate through it.

He watched as the large trees that were in front of them rattled as they were knocked to the ground by the might of the wolves.

He watched as dozens of wolves made their way out of the forest snapping their jaws and letting out loud growls from their lips.

Some other students couldn't hep but let out screams as they tried to hide themselves away from the sight of the wolves.

Mr. Ken Kept one of his hands in the air in order to keep the barrier in place whilst he balled up his other hand into a fist. He watched as his veins on his hand began to bulge as they became even the more prominent.

He raised up his fist into the air as he swirled to around in a circle before pointing it towards the sky.

He watched as the clouds began to thicken as a small storm began to brew.

The clouds that were above him turned grey as he heard a loud crack of thunder echo from above them.

He moved his fist towards the wolves watching as they were alerted by the growing cloud that was above them.

He tightened his fist as the thunder continued to resound through the forest and they all watched as rain began to pour from the clouds.

Thew wind wolves became soaked as they began to whimper but as he twisted his fist once more and he watched as bolts of lightning struck the ground from the thunder clouds.

The wolves howled slightly as they tried to get away from the clouds which them soon followed them.

Ken unclenched his fist and he watched as the lighting became unruly as several bolts began to strike the ground in succession.

The bolts began to strike some of the wolves as well, and mixed in with the rain the wolves were zapped as their bodies were electrocuted.

The wolves howled in pain as some of them were able to escape the cloud and growled before thy charged towards ken and the students.

The wolves growled as they came to a stand in front of the shield.
