In the shadowed halls of the Nightvark household, where arcane secrets whispered through the air, Dell Nightvark was born. He was destined for greatness, or so the stars foretold. Yet, destiny is a capricious mistress, and Dell's path was far from conventional.
His gift, or rather, curse, manifested in the form of Mana Resistance, an ability that rendered him impervious to the very magic that coursed through his noble blood. It was a power that set him apart, but also severed him from the essence of his birthright.
The head of the Nightvark lineage, a stern and unforgiving figure, saw this gift as a mockery of their heritage. With a heart as cold as the abyss, he cast Dell out, severing all ties. Alone, rejected, Dell wandered the realm, a noble now no different from the common folk he once regarded from his privileged tower.
As the weight of his isolation pressed upon him, Dell sought solace beneath the boughs of a demonic tree, its twisted limbs reaching out like skeletal fingers. In the embrace of that cursed arboreal sentinel, he found his final refuge.
