"What…?!"
Violet tried to remove the net, but the more she fought for freedom, the more her cage tightened around her body.
"Well, well… What kind of rabbit we caught tonight?" The voice as chilly as the depths of an arctic frost sneered at her. Although it wasn't someone she talked to before, she still recognised the owner from that little encounter.
Violet raised her head, the net still over her. The moon and stars dispelled the cover of the clouds and finally regained control over the night sky, but the place around her was also well-lit by the countless torches held by soldiers. But nothing stunned her more right now than the man who looked at her with interest.
"Lady Doctor! Please help us!" The two of his lackeys were holding Emma and her frost friend, preventing them from running away. The wolf bared his teeth and growled threateningly, but to no avail, as he had his body and limbs bound with the chains.
