To hear that Ophelia will be out of the way was good news for Cassiel. At least he won't have to be afraid about the parasite leeching onto his girl when he is in Taica.
However, he wasn't expecting that Violet won't stay in the duchy either.
"Where would you go?" He asked, hiding the fact that he disagreed. But since he won't listen to her and still go to war, he has no right to ask her to stay against her wishes.
"Etril… probably. The Sage is going there. I plan on following and learning the alchemy from him…" She told him. She decided to accept the elder as her master and have him teach her everything she needed to know.
