Everyone left the cave slowly. Alm and Bruno knew they needed the Starry Sky Trees to reach their goals, and now they had an irresistible bait.
"Ervly, gather all your soldiers, divide them by race, and give them the Near-Overgrowth Dao. Sesel, share your Dao with your people so they can cultivate together. They might help you complete it or even create something new in the future." The whale spoke calmly. "Afterward, we need to put on a show for the disciples."
Sesel gathered the elves, while Ervly split her soldiers into 33 distinct races. Leafar's beasts, however, weren't connected to nature, so they couldn't use the Near-Overgrowth Dao.
Leafar, whose cultivation was shallow, knew that a pure beast would never accept serving someone weak. To get around that, he recruited hybrid demonic beasts. The whale then gave him the Beast Blood Refinement Technique, a method that would completely change the power of his beasts.
