"If it makes you feel any better, I've not slept with her or anyone else since I've met you," He said honestly.
It was the truth. Krystal was in fact his bed warmer. Someone he slept with to relief his needs and sexual urges. However, since he met Athena, it never felt right.
The one time Krystal tried to come on to him, all he could picture was Athena.
"Is that what you want? You just want my body?" Athena asked him coldly.
"What? No," He replied without hesitation.
"Just because I'm known to be ruthless doesn't meant mean I'm heartless," He added.
Unknown to Krayden, this was one of the few times he had dropped all defences and spoken from the heart. There was something about Athena that made him want to confess it all to her.
He did not want any falsities between them. He only wanted honesty.
