The black suit was exquisitely crafted and impeccably tailored, almost blending in with the intense mural behind him.
His jawline was proud and curved, and he looked up at her with cold eyes, giving her a dismissive glance.
When their eyes met, he uttered a few words that left her on the brink of despair.
She watched him gracefully drink his wine, but he didn't bother to look at her again after the initial glance.
Shen Xingkong clenched her fists, trying to calm herself down. "Brother, I..."
"Brother?" Huo Siye suddenly spoke, his tone even colder. Shen Xingkong trembled.
Looking at Shen Xingkong, who was obviously frightened, Huo Siye tightened his grip on the wine glass and his jawline became even more tense. "Miss Shen, please have some self-respect."
"What made you misunderstand? Do you think I care about your affairs with other men?" Huo Siye interrupted her again, every pore exuding an air of indifference.
