The other keeper alice , seems to have a class that allows her to make magical artifact , basically devices with particular function built within them that activates or deactivates with mana. While for troops like orc , trolls or dwarves its not useful but for races that can use mana these are like a god sent , with the help of eve , alive and beatrice helping each other they made artifacts that can activate a particular skill stored in them after applying some mana .
Basically using skills without actually learning them . But due to their complex structure only basic skills can be used , if they were to try and make one for ember's [molten rain] the circuit wouldn't be able to hold itself even halfway through the process.

But what they can do is they can fly from their birth and cast buffs on troops while casting debuffs on enemies .
Even though it might sound cool and op , it isn't I can cast many high buff skills if I need to increase my troops' strength.
