"Don't panic!" Alice shouted to the rookies not to panic, as panic would only lead them to death. Mila also tried to calm them down, not showing a worried face even though Mila's heart was frightened to see the monster.
The weapons used by the crowd were varied, ranging from short-range weapons to long-range weapons. Only three of the ten rookies were holding pistols, while the rest were using other weapons.
Mila pointed her weapon - a lightsaber - forward. The rookie survivors behind Mila did the same while keeping their defensive formation.
Mila's eyes watched ahead as, with the help of the flashlight, a swarm of medium-sized sewer rats sped furiously closer to Mila and the crowd of rookie survivors.
"HYAA!"
Mila swung her lightsaber brutally forward, trying to keep the squeaking rats away from them, "Go away, you disgusting rats!"
