Alice walked confidently along with Seth in the middle of the road towards the north, the merchant location Alice knew was there. The woman kept walking elegantly while both hands firmly held the AUG rifle, which was fully charged with blue plasma.
There were a few things Seth wanted to sell at the merchant. They were items that he thought were not useful because Seth's equipment was already fully loaded.
Not only would he sell the useless items, but the man would also probably buy other equipment he needed. He could only hope to find a hoverbike for sale at the merchant.
"Earlier, you said I used to group with you until the 78th floor. Are we only grouping together?" Alice asked.
Seth shook his head. The man was still following Alice, who was now moving nearby, "There were four of us in that group: me, you, Mick, and Jonas."
"If we look at the previous timeline, I should have met Jonas first instead of you," Seth replied.
