Seth feels absolutely no guilt after killing Alfred and Laura. Both of them could be a threat to Seth, especially when they intend to hide weapons from the man.
The man began to collect Alfred and Laura's belongings, not forgetting that Seth also made a connection to transfer the attributes of the dead people to Seth's status bracelet. They didn't have much status yet, considering today was the day after the first-floor game was completed.

Seth pressed the status menu on the system bracelet attached to his right hand, instantly a blue holographic screen appeared above his bracelet. Seth watched the amount of EXP and GP he had increasing until his level had risen.

Seth smiled lightly, realizing his status was higher than the people in this city. Seth would gain followers quickly if he wanted to build a party with his status.
But for the start of the game, Seth wouldn't trust anyone until he met with his friends, especially since he had an appointment to meet with Astrid Rasmussen.
The woman made it clear that, at the beginning, she would be joining a large party called Hive. Seth didn't know where the party was formed, so the destination seemed unclear at the time.
He took Laura's large backpack, putting in items such as three hand bombs, cans of food that could last a long time, as well as a few changes of clothes.
The new clothes were already on: a black jeans suit, a leather shirt and a black T-shirt, and a hat and boots that made him feel taller. Seth looked exactly like an expert survivor.
"Should I tell the people at the hospital about this?" asked Seth, muttering.
Seth arrived outside the supermarket, both hands tightly clasped on the crossbow, surprising the few people who suspected Seth was a top-notch survivor.
The man walked back down the street towards the hospital. He immediately told Malcolm about the large supply of food in the supermarket.
He stepped alone on the city street filled with useless cars, passing by several other survivors, most of whom chose to group up, ranging from two people to at most four people.
From afar, Seth's eyes saw the hospital where he used to work still stood firmly. People with bandages on their bodies were seen passing in and out of the place with large bags, surely full of food for themselves.
"Doctor Seth. What are you doing here?" asked a male nurse, gasping at Seth's arrival.
"I wanted to meet your doctors," Seth replied flatly.
"A-All right. You stay here," the nurse pleaded, not wanting to let Seth enter according to Malcolm's orders.
The male nurse walked in, running fast enough to meet up with Malcolm. Seth was still waiting outside, accompanied by the piercing eyes of the people walking beside him.
The people upstairs also seemed to be watching Seth's behaviour. They did so because the news about Seth killing a man and mutilating him had spread widely to be known by people.
After five minutes of waiting, Malcolm arrived with Lussie and Henry. The three doctors couldn't hide their surprise at Seth's different appearance, as well as his presence in the place alone, without Alfred and Laura.
"What's the matter, Seth? Where are your friends?" asked Malcolm, looking curious.
"They betrayed me. I killed them both," said Seth coldly.
"What?" asked Lussie, surprised.
Lussie and Henry seemed to step back, feeling that Seth's attitude differed from what they had imagined. Malcolm was still silent, looking at Seth with seriousness and determination.
"Are you gonna kill us too because we kicked you out of here?" asked Malcolm. Seth shook his head.
"Bring the carts you have. Come with me," Seth said.
The man turned around, walking out of the hospital. Malcolm felt slightly suspicious of Seth's attitude, but he followed Seth's lead.
Malcolm told Henry and Lussie to go with Seth and three nurses carrying a medium-sized iron cart. Lussie refused at first, but Seth turned his body around and clearly told the three doctors that Seth had no intention of killing them.
"I'll explain to you both on the trip. Too many people are watching us here," Seth said, looking sarcastically at the people on the top floor of this hospital.
In the end, Lussie and Henry agreed. They walked behind Seth at a significant distance, preventing him from trying to kill them at any time.
After being far enough away from the hospital, Seth began to explain why he needed the three carts. Lussie and Henry began to take the courage to approach Seth to hear the man's explanation more clearly.
"I found a warehouse with hundreds of boxes of food cans. I couldn't carry them alone, so I asked you to carry them," Seth said.
"Are you going to use us for your interests?" asked Lussie. Seth shook his head slowly.
"I can't eat all that food, so I'm giving it to you," Seth replied. Lussie and Henry gasped at this. Seth's arrival was to help maintain the hospital's food supply.
The journey went fast as Seth talked with them. He entered the supermarket earlier and focused his attention on the iron door connected to the food warehouse.
Lussie and Henry jolted in shock as they found the bodies of people with gunshot wounds and blood splattered outside the door. One thing was certain: the bracelets they wore were severed from their bodies, the same thing that happened to the men who were killed in the hospital.
"Did you cause this atrocity?" asked Lussie.
"Ignore the corpses. I used them to trick this place," Seth said.
The iron door opened, Lussie and Henry could clearly see the tall shelves filled with food boxes. There were hundreds of them, and it was enough to feed hundreds of people in the hospital for a few weeks.
Someone came out from inside the shelves, two people: a man and a woman. Seth took an arrow, placed it in his crossbow and shot it into the bodies of the two strangers.
The incident shocked Lussie and Henry again. Both of them didn't believe that Seth could easily kill humans like that. Seth walked over to the two dead men, shooting at their hands to take away their status.
"Don't mind me. You can take all the food you want."

"We are grateful to you for showing us the food warehouse," Lussie said, nodding her head several times.
"There's no need to be grateful. You two are my closest coworkers. I don't want my two friends to starve in such a tough situation," Seth said.
Henry was seen leaving the supermarket. He stepped together with the people around him, the nurses pushing iron carts filled with canned food boxes.
"Now, where are you going?" asked Lussie.
Seth paused, looking to the right where the road connected to the outside of Chicago. There was nothing else Seth could do in the city; the only way was to go to the big cities.
"Maybe I'll walk over to Washington or New York. I need to join the Skywatchers' game and liberate the earth from their chains," Seth explained.
"But isn't it quite a distance from Chicago to Washington? Will you be able to walk there?" Lussie asked.
"I'll probably rest a lot at certain places. I hope I can find a stable along the way," Seth replied.
"It's quite a dangerous trip, especially when travelling alone. However, I'm sure you'll be fine, Seth," Lussie said, extending her hand forward.
Seth smiled widely, shaking Lussie's soft hand. It felt warm and comfortable in the man's hand, "This is our farewell. Take good care of yourself, Lussie."
"You too, Seth. Hopefully, we'll be able to meet again next time."
