"So, we can use this ship to cross the ocean?" asked Alice.
Seth sighed softly, bringing his feet to walk closer to the ship's propeller engine, "I think we can."
"If that is so, what about Mila and her friends? Are we taking them too?"
The man near the propeller shook his head, turning his head back to look into Alice's eyes, "We're not taking them."
Alice rounded her eyes, shocked to the heart as if she had been shot straight through the heart.
"But why?" asked Alice, curious.
"They'll be a burden to us." Seth took another step away from the propeller machine by walking up the steps until he reached Alice's side. Alice's head was still watching Seth's gestures as if reluctant to let go of Alice's attention on Seth.
"If you think so, you shouldn't promise them," Alice snapped, annoyed.
