Parasite POV
'It' didn't know what happened, but it suddenly 'woke up.'
It had mostly always been conscious, it knew, but this time it felt different. This time it 'knew' it was awake.
The first thing that came to its eyes after it awoke was a white room. Several tall-looking giants ran around in panic as it saw a few of this race on the floor.
It watched all this from the glass it was caged in.
Suddenly, it felt its body begin to feel hot. It didn't understand what happened, but while it hurt a little, for some reason, it knew what was happening to it was good.
It wasn't immediate because the progress was slow, but after the hot sensation it started to feel, it noticed its body started to grow.
The giants in white robes didn't notice it as they continued to run around in panic.
