As they stared at each other's eyes, they both realized one thing: Damn, JaNyx would get a load of this falling into a well and ending in an alternate universe kind of sh*t/stuff.
Of course, Olivia used the word 'stuff' in her thought process, while the one who used 'sh*t' was Oliver.
However, as they exchanged bewildered looks, Oliver noticed Olivia's brown eyes darkening as if gradually losing consciousness.
"Hey, are you...?" Oliver's eyebrows furrowed before he witnessed Olivia falling forward, catching her petite body with his own.
It wasn't a mere 'as if'; she had indeed lost consciousness.
To make matters worse, the fabric of his school uniform, where the side of Olivia's head rested, gradually became damp. Baffled, he looked down at her and soon realized she was injured; her blood was seeping into his clothes.
"Oliver!" A voice shouted from behind him, causing the male Twyne to tense up at the possible implication of him holding an unconscious girl all bloodied up. He spun his head around, only to see no one other than his best friend, JaNyx.
"Hey, dude." JaNyx was looking away, scratching his cheek in embarrassment. "I'm sorry about earlier--" He paused when he finally looked at Oliver; his green eyes widened behind his yellow-framed glasses.
"Never mind that, Nyx," Oliver shook his head dismissively, pointing at Olivia with a free hand that wasn't supporting her weight. "Can you help me here? I--"
"DID YOU ACTUALLY KILL SOMEONE AND NOW YOU'RE TRYING TO HIDE THE BODY?!" JaNyx screamed at the top of his lungs, causing the birds to fly away in the background at the commotion he was making.
"What?!" Oliver scoffed. "No! What are you--"
"Bro," He interrupted, going more hysterical by the moment. "I've always known you'd go too far with Goodd one day. But I never thought you'd kill an innocent girl--Wait, who is this?"
"That Maestro person said her name was Olivia..." Oliver peered at the girl he was currently holding in his arms, adjusting his weight to support her better. "Seriously, Nyx. Can you help me here? Though, she's not heavy but--"
"YOU WANT ME TO BE AN ACCOMPLICE?!" For some reason, JaNyx sounded excited at the prospect before clearing his throat, realizing that he was caught acting like a psychopath. "What, no, Oliver! You can't bring me into your crimes--"
"She's not dead!" Oliver shouted. "Look at her chest. it's moving!"
"I'm not a necrophilic!" Though he sounded quite aroused.
"What the f*ck does that even mean?!"
"It means--" He stopped explaining, walking toward them hurriedly instead with a deep frown. "Why does she look like you...?" He mused as he moved his face closer to hers.
Oliver felt a strong sense of protectiveness erupting in his heart, pushing JaNyx's face away from Olivia.
"Stop it!" Oliver warned.
"Don't tell me!" JaNyx covered his mouth with his hand, gasping dramatically. "Is she one of your father's illegitimate children?!"
For a moment, it made Oliver wonder if she was one in her universe.
Just like him.
"JaNyx, just..." He groaned, unable to form an articulate sentence at the moment. "Please, just help me get her to the clinic."
"Holy sh*t, you're saying my IGN and please!" JaNyx giggled before clearing his throat and realizing what he had just done. "Okay, I'll help you, Olive. Just tell me what's going on when we get there."
Oliver could only nod.

To say that the nurse was shocked (or 'shookth' as JaNyx described it) when she saw Olivia's battered state was the greatest understatement of the century.
"What have you done to her, Twyne?!" Nurse Glee asked accusatorily. "And... who is this girl? Judging from her clothes, she's also studying in Huxley. But I've never seen her before..."
"If I shove a stack of bills on your face right now, would you shut up and just treat her?" JaNyx asked with a straight face, doing exactly that.
Nurse Glee gulped before reluctantly accepting the cold cash and complying with the demand.
Oliver shot him an impressed glance.
"Puh-lease." JaNyx scoffed. "I just had extra cash in my wallet right now."
"Extra cash that you worked hard on," Oliver pointed out. "I know that e-gaming or whatever you do for a living is barely enough to pay the bills."
"Don't pity me," JaNyx warned, a tone he rarely used with anyone. "I know you're a bocchama and all that shit, but don't pity me ever, Olive."
"What the hell is a..." He shook his head, knowing that asking was just a wasted effort. "I'll pay you when I get home, JaNyx. I promise."
"Why are you acting all sappy right now?" JaNyx gagged in disgust, causing Oliver to roll his eyes at his drama queen antics. "Didn't you just threaten to beat the living sh*t out of me 30 minutes ago? Oh yeah, speaking of beating the living sh*t out of me," he gestured at the injured girl, who Nurse Glee was now treating. "She looked like she went through the same thing."
"It wasn't me who did this to her," he clarified. "In fact, I don't even know what happened to her in the first place."
"I thought you'd go so low as to hurt a woman." JaNyx sighed in relief. "Glad you still have the least bit of humanity in you."
"You're making me sound like a monster," Oliver said, narrowing his eyes. "I could never hurt a woman."
"But you'd beat me and Goodd up?"
"That's different!"
"Double standards, bro."
Oliver scoffed, not even bothering to explain and defend himself.
"So," JaNyx drawled, his attention shifting back to the unconscious Olivia. "Can you finally please f*cking tell me who this girl is?"
"You're not gonna believe this," Oliver hesitantly said. "But she's an alternate universe version of me."
Janyx opened his mouth, closed it, then opened it again and closed it again. He hummed, placing his hand under his chin, as if contemplating deeply.
"Can I ask something?" He spoke at last after a few seconds.
Oliver gestured for him to continue.
"Do I have an alternate universe version as well?" Before Oliver could tell him to be serious, he continued in a stern tone. "Is she hot?"
"For f*ck's sake, Nyx!"
"Okay, okay, geez!" Nyx raised his hands in defeat. "I'll be serious, Oliver. And this is from all those cliche isekai media I've consumed."
"I have no idea what isekai means," Oliver admitted. "But do continue."
"Rule #1 Of Traveling an Alternate Dimension!" He raised his index finger in front of Oliver's face. "Don't Tell ANYONE!"
