After Kaylee had her bath, and changed into a different pretty dress Bryant bought for her, and then had her meal. Kaylee received a worried text from Bella as she sent a text to Bella not to be worried about her.
Kaylee picked up her handbag and hung it on her shoulder. As she turned to leave, a young man stepped in through the open door.
"Good morning Miss." Peter greeted while walking up to Kaylee. "Are you okay now?"
"Yes, I'm okay." Kaylee beamed.
Peter adjusted his lens glass. "Alright. I have to drop you off at your place."
"No, not my place. Would you mind dropping me at my workplace instead?" Kaylee asked.
"Fine then. Please come with me." Peter ushered Kaylee out of the ward.
Outside the hospital, Kaylee's eyes darted around in search of someone, but they couldn't locate that person.
Peter noticed how Kaylee's eyes were roaming around. He thought for a while before saying. "He left to deal with something important."
