After Leo regained consciousness, he felt extremely light and agile. Before he could figure out this feeling, he noticed the mandibles of the silver ant at his neck closing in fast. With his newfound ability, he swiftly ducked, not only sensing danger from the ant but from something else.

An arrow tore through the air, breezed through his pitch-black hair, and shot straight into the ant's maxillae, entering its body and pushing it across the room into the wall.
With a loud bang, it crashed into the wall, a clear yellowish liquid flowing out of its mouth, its muscles relaxed as its trachea let out, releasing its last breath.
