Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Meeting new neighbors.

*Third Person*

The interview continued as the red-haired woman, Dr. Jean, explained how biased, racist, and unfair society currently is against metahumans, making life difficult for them and everyone affected by it. She even added how government bodies are slow and unfaithful in addressing these issues. Changing the pace, she began to explain how mutations happen, stating that eventually, it will affect everyone due to human evolution.

The interview ended on a more positive note, discussing new policies, infrastructure, and laws that could help mutants in the long run and put an end to the never-ending enmity between them and normal humans.

However, before the segment could completely finish, Isshin had reached his destination. "Boss, if you need anything, just call. Here's my number. Enjoy your stay," the driver said, passing her card to him before leaving politely.

"They really gave me a top-notch place to live," Isshin said to no one in particular as he observed his new temporary residence, which was up to his liking. Entering the 30-floor building, he took the elevator to his floor, which was the second-to-last and the most expensive one, with access to a swimming pool.

*Haaaa*

Isshin turned around as he heard someone sigh from the tiredness of lifting heavy weights and saw a white-haired, blue-eyed youthful woman in her mid-20s. Her facial features were extremely mesmerizing, and her body was too alluring to ignore.

Taking a few seconds before speaking, he asked, as the woman seemed weak and was struggling with a box, "...Do you need some assistance?" She looked surprised and glanced at him.

She bluntly inquired, "Who are you? You're not Korean, are you?" Her tone was innocent yet curious about his identity. "Yeah, I just moved in temporarily for a week. I saw you struggling, so I thought there was no harm in helping."

"Oh, mmm, yes, please." She suddenly became quite awkward while speaking, perhaps not comfortable with strangers. Still, as she gave her consent, he picked up her box and followed her inside the house, which was next to his, as each floor had two apartments.

"Damn, the house is so big. I didn't think my asso—company would spend this much!"

"Sister, I'm hungr—You brought a man with you! Mother! Sister Yukino brought her Japanese boyfriend with her!" another woman yelled in pure Korean from the door.

---

Yukino apologized after showcasing how she disciplined her elder sister, who had a slightly teasing and playful personality. "Sorry for the inconvenience. My sister is like that."

"It's fine. Siblings can be a pain, you know. By the way, we didn't exchange names…?" Isshin reminded her as she returned with some water from the kitchen.

"My name is Yukino, and that's my elder sister, Cindy," she said as her sister also arrived. "My name is Isshin," he responded and drank some water.

"It's getting dark outside. I think I need to leave and prepare some food. It's been a long time since I've cooked," Isshin said while standing up and checking the clock.

"Have you tried any Korean food yet?" Yukino asked out of curiosity.

"Hmmm, no. I arrived a few hours ago," Isshin explained, denying her assumption.

"Is that so... If you don't mind, how about joining us for dinner?" Yukino offered, stuttering a bit.

"I wouldn't mind either, Isshin," Cindy added while quickly typing something on her phone.

"Well, why not try some yummy Korean food?" With that, everything was settled, and Isshin left their apartment to check out his own, which had a similar design to his neighbors'.

*First Person*

"I think I should buy something sweet for them instead of going empty-handed…?" A thought arose in my mind as it would be a good gesture in exchange for their kindness in making dinner for me.

Moreover, I could explore a little bit of the area for fun since I didn't have much to do at the start. So while I was busy enjoying the new vibe of the crowded streets of Korea, I lost track of time.

Looking at my watch, I muttered, increasing the pace of my walking to reach faster. "I'll be late again, hahaha." And with that, I headed back.

"You're 10 minutes late," Cindy complained as she opened the door, standing with her arms crossed.

"Oh, I was busy buying something sweet for you and Yukino," I replied, holding up the bag.

I can create a description of Cindy Moon in a tank top and hotpants for you:

Cindy exudes a casual yet captivating charm in a fitted tank top and hotpants. The tank top clings to her enhanced curves, highlighting her fuller bust and toned arms. Her narrow waist transitions into curvaceous hips, accentuated by the snug fit of her hotpants, which showcase her long, athletic legs. The casual outfit reveals the powerful yet feminine figure beneath, with her black hair cascading down her back, adding to her laid-back yet alluring appearance. Cindy's ensemble perfectly balances comfort and style, allowing her to move freely while still making a striking impression.

Presenting the idea, I had something good for them, she immediately changed her stance into a cute girl. "Oh, it's my favorite sweet. How did you know that?" she responded with excitement, taking a faint smell of the item.

"How did you know what's inside just by scent?" I asked, curious about how she guessed correctly.

"Oh well, I—" Before she could answer, Yukino angrily roared from the kitchen, "Cindy, stop interrogating the guest! The food is getting cold here!"
