After readying myself and taking an energy drink provided by the staff, someone mentioned that the guild leader of 'The Queens' guild had arrived. As I turned to see her, I was taken aback and accidentally spilled the drink from my mouth. It was none other than the attractive lady I had first encountered in my initial dungeon when I was trying to prove my worth to the government.
I had assumed that she might have left her previous job or moved on to something else when I didn't spot her in other dungeons, but it turned out she had become the guild leader of 'The Queens' guild. In the earlier photos, she had worn a mask, which had prevented me from recognizing her, but now she appeared even more stunning, armed with an array of firearms. Seeing her sent my heart racing, although I was determined not to meet my end in this dire situation, as I had assumed a significant responsibility.
Approaching me, she greeted, "How are you? Long time no see." I responded, "Ha ha, I didn't know you were the guild leader of 'The Queens' guild; otherwise, I would have met you a long time ago."
Victor then arrived and instructed us to enter the dungeon. I steadied myself, and she asked if I was prepared. I replied, "Let's go," and together, we ventured into the dungeon.
Upon entering, we found the entrance area deserted, so we proceeded further. After walking a certain distance, we encountered a colossal peak, with numerous dragons circling around it. At the base of the peak, hunters were engaged in fierce combat, with only guild leaders making headway against the dragons. All other hunters seemed to be struggling.
Rising into the air, I summoned my A grade swords to my sides and B grade swords above my head using the sword kinesis skill. I inquired if she wanted a lift, to which she nodded and held her guns firmly. She confirmed the durability of the straps on her shoulders, and I rushed towards the battling hunters with her in tow.
As we closed in, she began firing at the dragons and urged me to release her. I complied, and she landed on the ground, swiftly grabbing her sniper rifle and precisely targeting a dragon's eye that threatened the other hunters.
With my dragon sword, I executed a "fire slash" attack on the injured dragon, swiftly slicing off its head. I then infused mana into my seven swords and unleashed an attack on the other dragons that were menacing the remaining hunters.
These dragons became disoriented and started flying toward the peak. The guild leader of 'The Perfectionists' guild shouted, calling everyone to regroup with us.
As we gathered, the guild leader of 'The Royal Tigers' guild confronted me, gripping my collar with an angry expression. He questioned, "Why didn't you arrive earlier? If you had come in time, so many people wouldn't have died. This is all your fault."
However, the guild leader of 'The Queens' intervened from behind, telling him, "Let him go. Don't make him a scapegoat here. You're the one who didn't wait for him and, to steal all the credit, entered this dungeon with your weaker team."
"If 'The Perfectionists' guild hadn't joined forces with you, your members would have perished. Don't vent your frustration on him."
Reluctantly, he released my collar, muttering, "Shit." The guild leader of 'The Queens' inquired about the dungeon, to which the leader of 'The Perfectionists' replied,
"It's the Dragon's Den."
