Samuel Pazelle stared at the documents in front of him. He couldn't believe they hadn't solved the case of Evangeline Zara's death. Just when they thought they were close to the truth, a dead-end was all that awaited. It had been more than a month since the incident and yet he had to start all over again from scratch.
"Is everything alright, brother?"
Samuel raised his head and saw his younger sister, Ivy. He sighed, closed his eyes, and massaged his head.
"Everything's a mess," he replied. "Do you need something?" Samuel asked and looked into his sister's eyes.
As the first daughter in the Pazelle's household, Ivy was engaged to the Crown Prince. She used to say nothing about her engagement, but after meeting the Crown Prince, she ultimately fell in love with him. Thus, she spent most of her time training to be the Crown Princess.
