Another day passed since the young lady of the La Forte Duchy left. The duke couldn't do anything despite wanting to drag his daughter back. As one of the pillar of the empire, Duke La Forte had to do his job to keep the peace and safety of everyone in the empire. He had been working tirelessly even before assuming the position of the Duke and barely had time for his wife and only child.
"It's bound to happen, dear. Callie has now finally found someone she want to spend her time with other than her family. Let's hope she'll bring home a baby or two in a few months," the duchess said while having breakfast with the duke.
