There wasn't much to do. I was still waiting for the night to fall. Nothing much was happening above though, partly why I didn't stuff to do.
"What will happen to us?" Serina eventually said. "I feel like body will melt any second now," she said.
Was the ability failing so much because of the radiation?
"If it's alright with you guys, I'd like to turn you guys into skeletons," I said. "Once we're out in the safe, I'll return you back to the living. Right now, I can do it."
It was better than dying from radiation poisoning for sure.
Right now, they were red and their skin hurt. But soon the skin would just rot and fall over. Wasn't it better to just not have skin for now?
"I don't want to throw away my humanity," Serina said.
"You don't have to. I'll make sure you keep your free will. And when I turn you back into a human, you'll be the same."
