The griffon thing didn't come with wings or feathers. It came with bones.
"Are you sure this thing can fly?" Vivia asked.
It was boney and the bones were spaced apart. But it had a proper spine and since it had two heads, we had two things to grab on to.
"Positive," I said. I gave the thing a glance and it confirmed that it could.
Apparently, it was called Griff.
A strong beast. But weaker than two headed Wyrms. I still got paid in full for it, and this thing could definitely fly, so I had no real problems.
Vivia though, cringed at the thought of getting on the thing. One, its back was just bones and two, it didn't come with a saddle.
"Wish we had time to buy a saddle," I said.
"Let's just go."
We were already out of the city. I'd forgotten otherwise I'd have definitely bought one.
"You can sit in my lap it's really uncomfortable," I said. Mostly as a joke.
"Sure."
