He clenched his fist, focusing all of his power into a single point. "Time to end this," he growled.
With a powerful swing, the Director unleashed a devastating move, a whirlwind of energy forming around his fist. He shot forward, slicing through the Kaiju's body with a move so fast it left a trail of fire in its wake.
The Kaiju screeched in pain as its massive form was cut in half, black liquid spilling out in all directions.
But before the Director could celebrate, the creature's body began to regenerate, the black liquid reforming as its human-like face twisted in anger. One of its sharp legs shot out, aiming directly at the Director's head.
At the last moment, the Director ducked, but the blade-like limb still managed to slice into his neck, cutting about a quarter of the way in. Blood sprayed into the air as the Director winced in pain.
It's not over yet, he thought
