Chapter 1 - Forging the Escape

With a crash, a giant hammer struck the sea world. The mortals there were frightened and listless because of the sudden chaos caused by the impact. Sea kingdoms, animals, fish, sea mountains, and things were flattened.

After the impact, the Heavenly Hammer was raised again and dropped.

Boom!

Tsunamis and earthquakes took millions of lives.

The hammer was ruthless. With just two blows, it killed billions of lives.

In the sky, a giant was watching the marine world.

He didn't care about mortals, and he started smashing the world again.

Smash, smash, smash.

The giant in space continued to smash.

His galaxy-like eyes were focused and his celestial body was firm. He held his hammer with a noble posture and smashed it like a tyrant.

He is the Forging Demon of the South Cluster: Turma!

His goal was to transform the Sea World into a pure water material to help him complete a certain item.

After 10 years of forging, he possessed the material and began to forge the Tool: A Rank 12 Na!

Na is a type of tool that possesses extraordinary power.

He had been collecting the materials for hundreds of thousands of years, and today he had managed to collect them all.

With a clatter, his hammer pulverized tons of matter.

After another thousand years of hammering, he completed the 12th rank of Na.

The characteristic of the Na was spectral, and it looked like a ghost covered by a blanket.

Then a giant celestial being crashed into his barrier.

Turma snorted and ate the ghostly Na.

Then, with a wave of his hand, tons of Na flew out. There were three rank 12 Na, hundreds of rank 11 Na, and millions of rank 10 and below Na.

The one who attacked looked like half man and half horse, and his body looked like the night sky.

The Destroya roared and dispelled all the flying Na!

Someone or many people were helping him!

"Old man, you just forged another level 12! You are at your weakest!"

After the Destroya said that, tons of colored lights flew and destroyed the starry barrier.

Then, in Turma's vision, many celestial beings appeared. And he seemed to know them all.

"Weak! I am stronger than all of you!"

Turma boasted, but deep inside he knew he was finished.

Even the forgers are overpowered, when they start forging, they are weakened by 25%, and after forging, they are weakened by 50% again.

So even though he looked confident, he was preparing all his strongest methods to escape.

However, his vision blurred and his expression turned ugly.

"Hahaha~ This is the soul-cutting skill!"

A woman's voice rang out. She was the Flower Empress of the Southwestern Cluster and had a grudge against Turma.

Turma was a rogue who plundered the resources of the entire universe, and surely many of the domain guardians had been robbed by him.

And with a whisper, a huge spear resembling a comet flew out and sliced Turma's body in half.

The Forging Demon of the South Cluster: Turma was dead!

A total of 16 heavenly beings dispersed, taking all the booty in Turma's body one by one.

But to their surprise, no materials were recovered.

They were furious that Turma had taken all of his materials with him to his grave.

---

"Another madman."

The Grim Reaper sighed and tried to walk away.

"I know you, bone man. Let me try the soul cleansing test."

Turma chuckled.

The reaper glared at him.

The Soul Purification Trial was a rank 12 Na.

Only rank 12 Na could resist the purification.

And apparently, Turma's soul was a rank 12 Na.

The Grim Reaper agreed and left with Turma.

Turma found himself in the middle of the desert, and in the middle of the desert was a blood beacon.

If you touch the blood beacon, you will qualify for reincarnation, but your impurities will be erased, including your memories.

But the challenge is that the closer they are to the blood beacon, the heavier their soul becomes.

Turma looked left and right and saw many suffering souls in various forms.

There were animals, humanoids, and some abominations.

Without further ado, Turma sprinted toward the blood beacon and was reborn.

The Grim Reaper saw all this and sighed.

"Why don't all living things obey the rules!"

---

Turma found himself surrounded by liquid and couldn't move for 9 months.

After the captivity, he was born and named Zet.

His mother died in childbirth.

His father, Khan, was in mourning and wanted to support his baby, but he couldn't because he was ordered not to leave the battlefield.

So Turma lived with a nanny subsidized by the government.

Unfortunately, the enemy triumphed and devastated the nation.

Khan and numerous soldiers were either seized or perished.

The king suffered execution.

Turma was merely a 3-month-old infant at that moment.

His nanny absconded to another country with him as a refugee.

They endured indigent living conditions, as his nanny worked as a housekeeper to earn a living.

The nanny couldn't raise Turma properly, so she gave him to an orphanage when he was only 5 months old.

As time passed, Turma learned to walk and understand everything people said around him.

The power of the rank 12 Na he had forged gave him this ability.

Thus, he became aware of his living conditions until now.

Regarding forging, he couldn't do it since he lacked the tools.

Therefore, he treated it as a vacation, thinking  it would only be a couple of years.

Time passed and Turma's vacation went smoothly.

He realized that to survive in this world, he needed to obey the elderly humans and avoid upsetting them.

In return, they would provide gifts and food.

Turma followed the orphanage managers' instructions, and this earned him a good reputation.

He enjoyed his vacation for 10 years, until the Empire of Strato attacked.

The situation on the front line was deteriorating, so the country's leader approved a terrible action.

Skurha's government compelled children ages 9 and up to join the military and sent them to the frontlines.

Among them was Turma.

The children received training before being deployed to the front. Initially, the enemy soldiers hesitated, but the commanders ordered them to open fire, resulting in the deaths of many children.

Some soldiers were overcome with grief and became depressed.

Some people were angry and wanted to destroy Skurha.

As for Turma, he pretended to be dead and lay on the ground.

Turma is sleeping while covered in blood.

As a red celestial thief, he is used to adapting.

After a few days, Turma became thin and went without water for 2 days and 2 nights.

He heard a loud siren that indicated the victory of the Empire of Strato.

Despite living for years as a mortal, he never spoke or changed his expression.

The mortal world did not affect him until a free vacation from celestial issues changed his mind.

someone noticed him and exclaimed, "You survived!? From your clothes, it looks like you are a soldier from the enemy's army. Nonetheless, you are a victim too."

The man arranged everything for Turma and went to an orphanage in the Empire of Strato.

As he entered the Empire of Strato, his eyes gleamed with greed.

The Empire of Strato had tall buildings made of metal and green trees. Flying cars and large virtual screens acted as advertisements, catching his attention.

The watch was the most appealing feature, functioning as a device to access a virtual world.

From this information, Turma concluded that the Empire of Strato was given some of the Green Metal Race's knowledge.

Green Metal race is really good at mixing metals and plants and they have better technology than any other race.

They were number one in technology.

Turma once robbed Green Metal race and broke their machines and security with brute force.

After he stole their things, they were locked with passcodes that would make them explode if typed incorrectly.

In the end, Turma lost more than he gained and considered the stolen items "trash", storing them away.
