The surgery went well and now all they could do was wait for the children to wake up. Aria got help from a nurse to heal her broken ankle and put a cast on her leg. Then she was asked to stay for the night so they could keep an eye on her in case they have missed something. She told the twins to get her sister and friends here. They promised her that they would tell them but that they could see them until tomorrow morning.
At the royal Lycan pack.
Suddenly I felt restless and distressed and began to pace around and then my mate came and by looking at him I knew that he could feel it too. Then our betas came and looked both distressed and frustrated and that was when me and my beta Ellie knew that we felt what our babies feel which meant that they were in danger. Then suddenly I felt this excruciating pain in my shoulder and let out a scream in pain and so did Ellie except that her pain was twice more painful than mine. You could see it in her face and eyes. Our mates had to hold us to their chests. I felt how her lifeline was slipping and started to cry and praying to the goddess to save our children and so did Ellie. My mate smiled sadly indicating that he also felt her lifeline slipping. Then suddenly I felt this feeling of sleep and grogginess take over and knew then that my daughter was safe she was in the hands of a doctor and probably had to fall asleep for them to perform a surgery on her to save her life. I looked at Ellie and could tell that she felt the same feeling I did. We smiled and hugged our mates who didn't look so sad anymore. They looked worried and relieved that their daughters were okey. The next two hours was the hardest time ever. Then after a few more hours I felt her lifeline stop slipping and it felt stronger than before which meant that she was going to be okey. I smiled and hugged my mate, and he hugged me back.
Back at the pack hospital.
Aria refused to sleep until she had seen that the girls were okey and that they were still alive and not dead. Eventually the doctor agreed and asked the nurse to take her to them, but she couldn't go inside she have to watch them from outside the window. The girls shared a room, and their beds were right next to each other. Their hands were intertwined. They looked so peaceful while sleeping. She watched them for a few minutes and then decided that they were fine, so she told the nurse to take her back to her room which she did. Then she fell asleep on a few hours later. She woke up at 9 am to the sound of people talking. She blinked a few times so her eyes could get used to the bright light in the room and then opened her eyes wide open to see who were in her room. And to her surprise she saw her sis and their friends in the room. She smiled and then coughed because her throat was dry like a leaf and hurt so she needed to drink some water before she can talk to her friends. Her sister noticed that she was awake and immediately poured some water in a glass and took a straw in it and gave it to her. She sips on the straw for a few minutes then the glass was empty. Only then did she notice how thirsty she was. then they asked how she was feeling and if she was hurt. They talked for a few hours then they went home except for Mika who walked to check on their kids. They weren't allowed to see them yet so they could only watch from outside the window which broke her heart because she wanted to be in there and hold their hands and tell them that everything is going to be okey.
In the alphas office.
"Have you found a replacement yet Marc?" said the beta.
"No not yet but I have someone in mind who would be perfect at the job." He said with proud.
"Good who is this person you speak so highly about?" asked the alpha.
"Jax. He is my right-hand man when we go on missions, I have been his trainer and mentor since he was a pup. His father was the former Delta before me. I have to say do that he may argue with your son a lot in the future because they have different thoughts already. And Daniel is only 7 years old. If someone can set your son straight when he messes up as alpha and you aren't here, I'm sure Jax will set him straight for you." Said marc.
"Really well his father was a great delta and I'm sure Jax would be of great help to my son when he is alpha. Yeah, I know. That's for sure, I'm sure Jax would that for me. I'm glad you picked him marc. Good work." Said the alpha.
"Thanks alpha. It has been an honor and pleasure working with you all these years." Said Marc.
"Same here Marc my friend." Said the alpha.
Marc was on his way home when the warriors who saved his friend and his girls came up to him and asking how the kids are feeling and when they discharged from the hospital. He thought it was funny and amusing seeing the four best warriors in the pack flip out like this. He laughed and told them to calm down and that the girls haven't woken up yet but that they are out of danger and will be fine after some rest. They nodded and asked if they could come visit the kids after they are well again. Marc agreed and told them that he will call them when they have woken up and update them. the nodded and smiled then they walked to the training grounds. Marc went to the hospital to pick up his mate and check how their girls are doing. When he got there, he saw Mika standing and watching their girls closely. He walked behind his mate and hugged her telling her sweet words to calm her down and telling her that they will be fine. Then she turns around and he pulls her to his chest and hug her tightly while she starts crying and sobbing. After a while she calmed down, they looked at their kids one last time then they turned around and walked out of the hospital and went home to spend some time with Marc`s brother Marcus and his mate Avery until they must go back home again. Avary is from the Ocean blue pack in Alaska. And Marcus is from this pack. This pack is called blood creak pack. After the dinner they got a call from the hospital saying that the children are now fully awake and is allowed to have visitors tomorrow morning. They smile and tell everyone they know that the kids are going to be okey. The four warriors got extremely happy with the news and promised to visit them sometime. Aria was discharged that evening and returned to their house to stay until after the kid's birthday party. The next day everyone left after breakfast to visit the girls. The practically ran there. When they opened the door to their room the kids smiled.
"Hi mommy, hi daddy." They chorused.
"Hi girls, how are you guys feeling?" said Avery.
"A Little sour otherwise we feel peachy aunt Ava." They chorused.
"That's good. We will have to fix the sourness though." She spoke.
"Yes, we have to do that." Said Marc.
Marc was happy that his girls was fine and would be able to leave the hospital soon hopefully. Then after they had chatted a few minutes, the nurse came and told them that the girls needed to rest so they had leave after talking to the doctor.
"Hi doc. How are our children doing and when do you think they can leave his hospital?" said Mika.
"Hi Marc and Mika. Well, the kids are doing much better now. They can be discharged in two weeks." Said the doc.
"Thank you, Doc.," they said.
They walked out of the doctor's office and walked out of the hospital where the others were waiting and then they walked back home together. Two weeks later the kids were finally back home and was more than happy to be back home they were sick of being in bed all day and eating hospital food. Tomorrow was the girl's birthday. They are going to celebrate the girls sixth birthday and takes some pictures to put into the family album like they always do. But this year it's different they have made two different photo albums that they have put copies of every picture they from the day they found them until now. They figured that their birth parents would want pictures of the kids growing up. They would give them these pictures when they find them. but until then they will keep filling them with pictures of their kids. In the early morning Mika and Avery was standing in the kitchen and made some scrambled eggs and bacon, sausages and some pancakes with syrup and whipped cream and berries at the side. Then they had also made some chocolate chip cookies. They put the food on plates and put it down at the table. Everyone gathered at the kitchen table and then the girls came running screaming. They sat down in their chairs.
"Mom, I want pancakes and cookies for breakfast and so does Mira." Said serena.
"Alright girls. Pancakes and cookies are coming up." Said Mika.
Marc took Miras plate and place three pancakes with whipped cream and strawberries on the top of it then he put some cookies on another smaller plate for her and put it down on the table in front of her. Mika took Serenas plate and put three pancakes on it then she put some whipped cream and strawberries at the top and put the plate down and then took a smaller plate and put some cookies on it then placed it beside the bigger plate on the table. The kids started eating first then the adults ate their food and before they were done the kids were already done.
"Are you sure you shewed on the food and not inhaled it?" joked Marcus with the girls.
"Yes, we are. We were just hangry that's all. After all that hospital food we missed Averys and moms cooking." Said Mira.
"Aww that's so sweet honey. We are glad you liked it." Said Mika.
"Thanks for the food aunt and mommy it was delicious." They chorused then they left the table and ran towards the living room.
Then ran into the living room and put the tv on and watched pepa pig. and after a while they fell asleep in front of the tv. When the adults got to the living room Mika took her camera and took a picture of the kids then Marcus and Marc took the kids to bed and put them in their rooms and then walked out after closing the door. they didn't want the kids to know what we're going to discuss. But little did they know that the kids woke up the instance that they closed the door. they opened the door a jar and then stood there trying to hear what their parents said.
"What did you guys wanted to talk about?" said Avery.
"Well before Marc got hurt, we visited Aria in hope that she could find the girls real parents and guess what. We know who they are." Said Mika.
"Really that's good news then." Said Marcus.
"Yeah, except that finding them would be very dangerous. It could get us killed. That's why Aria and Reiko put up a barrier so that no one from outside this house can hear what we are talking about. If I tell you, you can't tell anyone else this. Do you understand?" said Mika.
"Oh well you can tell us. We promise we won't tell a single soul of this." Said Avery and Marcus nodded agreeing with his mate.
"Well Serena is the lost Lycan princess we have heard so much about that got kidnapped five years ago and Mira is her parent's beta couple's child who was also kidnapped together with serena. I could tell that their parents loved them so much. They must be so worried ad missing their kids so much. But because Seras father is the Lycan king and alpha of alphas makes it very dangerous." Said Mika.
"Oh Wow. Yeah, this could get us killed if it gets out. Must keep this a secret among us. And when they are old enough, we will have to tell them the truth." Said Marcus.
"We will but if we aren't here when that day comes either you and Avary have to tell them, or Aria and Reiko will." Said Marc.
"Okey." Said Marcus.
The kids were shocked to learn about their parents and how they were kidnapped but at the same time they were happy that their parents found them, or they may have been dead by now. They walked backwards and closed the door and went back to bed. They laid down and let sleep overtake them. Mika woke them up a few hours later and run them a bath and got them dressed. Serena has raven long hair that shines brighter than the sun itself. She has blue eyes they are as blue and cold as ice with a silver ring in it. She was dressed in a moonlight dress and shoes. And half of the hair was put in a ponytail. Except the bangs. Then she had a silver tiara with a moonstone in the middle of it on her head. Mira has sunlight shining blond shoulder-length hair. Forest green eyes with a hint of ocean blue in it. She was dressed in a white dress and shoes. Half of her hair was put in a messy bun. Then she had a silver tiara on her head. After the kids was dressed and done for their party Mika went inside her room with the girls to get ready. She took a quick shower then she got dressed. She has ash blond shining long hair that was made with curls. She was using a curling iron to make some curls in her hair. She has blue eyes. She is 6`2 in height. And has all the curves in the right places. Well-toned and muscular. She was wearing a white sunflower dress with white shoes. And silver earing's. then she held their hands and walked downstairs where the others were waiting for them. Marc was wearing a black shirt and gray jeans and his combat shoes and his black mc jacket. He has chocolate brown short curly hair. Deep forest green eyes with a hint of yellow in it. He is 6`3 tall and muscular. Marcus was also wearing a black shirt and gray jeans, black mc jacket with black combat shoes. He has mahogany brown short hair and deep forest green eyes with a hint of blue in that. He got most of his looks from their father while Marc got his from their mother. He is well toned and trained. He is 6`4. Avery was wearing a green summer dress with green sandals and a white cardigan. She has chestnut brown shoulder-length hair and forest green eyes with a hint of blue in it. She has all the curves in the right places and is well trained and muscular. She is 6`4 tall like her mate. Aria was wearing a purple lavender dress with matching sandals and a white cardigan. She has long shining raven black hair and snow-white shining ends of the hair. She has shining purple eyes. She has all the curves in the right places and is well trained and muscular but not to muscular. She is 6`1. Reiko was wearing a light purple dress with matching sandals and a white cardigan. She has long shining raven black hair with a snow-white color on the ends of her hair. She has shining purple eyes with a hint of silver. She is well trained and has the curves in all the right places. She is 6`2. Then they all walked outside and sat in the car and drove away from the pack. Then they drove into the pack city and parked outside the girl's favorite restaurant which was the Mexican tacos restaurant. The girls loved tacos and enchiladas and burritos etc. they walked out of the car and walked inside the restaurant and a waitress showed them to their table that they have booked. Then they sat down, and the waitress gave them the menus and then she left. After a few minutes everyone had decided what to order and called for the waitress. She came and stood beside their table.
"Hi welcome to our restaurant what do you like to order?" said the waitress.
"Thanks, we would like to order 2 burritos and 8 tacos and 4 enchiladas and then the children would like to drink some orange juice, 2 beers and four glasses of coke. That would be all." Said Marc.
"Alright. Just wait a few minutes and the food will be ready. I will go get your drinks now." Said the waitress. Then she walked away to give the order to the chef then she went to get their drinks then she returned and placed their drinks on the table and went to help other people to their table and take their orders. It was a busy night for the restaurant. After 15 minutes their food was done, and the waitress went to their table.
"Here is your order. 2 burritos, 8 tacos, 4 enchiladas." Said the waitress.
"Thanks." Said Mika.
She gave them their food and they passed the food to everyone and then she walked away. They talked and ate their dinner. The girls were smiling and laughing the whole time, so the birthday surprise was a success which was great. After they were done, they paid for their food and went their ways. They drove all the way back home and when they got home the girls had fallen asleep in the car, so Marc and Marcus carried them inside and changed their clothes and put them to bed. Then they closed the girl's bedroom door and went downstairs to the others and ate some chips and some coke and watched a movie. Then they all fell asleep in the sofas. The next morning Mika, Aria, Avery woke up early and cleaned up the mess and then they walked to the kitchen to make breakfast. They made some porridge and fried eggs, bacon, sausages and fried rise. The also made some fired toast with eggs. After they were done, they put everything on plates and put them on the table then they put some orange juice on the table too. Then they woke everyone up telling them that it was breakfast. The kids ran to the table and sat down then everyone also sat down. They ate their food and then the kids went to the living room and watched ben ten on the tv while the grown-ups washed the dishes and talked. Later that day in the afternoon Marcus and Avary said their goodbyes to the girls and then drove back to their home. Aria and Reiko decided to stay until the girls were fully recovered. The next day they decided that they would go champing at Aria and Reiko's secret place. No one can find them there its completely safe. The place is protected by their ancestors which means that no other witch is welcome there. And it also hides the people who stay there. They ate their breakfast and then they cleaned up and then they packed all the stuff and food they would need. Then they left and let Aria and Reiko take their turns in driving there. They told the alpha that they would go camping before they left. It was 8 hours' drive there. The girls fell asleep after 4 hours. Mira focused on the road while Reiko told her the directions and Mika and Mark was fast asleep like their kids. When they had arrived at the place they spoke to their ancestors and asked them to welcome them and protect them from harm while they stay there. They accepted and let them through. They drove another five minutes den they parked the car in front of a big old mansion. Everyone woke up the second the car stopped. The house looked like it came straight out from a horror movie which was scary as fuck. They walked out of the car and carried their kids out of the car and then walked to stand beside Aria and Reiko. Then they stood there and looked at house. It was so spooky looking. It looked like one of those haunted houses from horror movies. And they were going to stay inside that house. The house looked like a mansion from afar but up close it almost looks like a castle. That's how big the house was. Aria walked toward the front door of the house when it opened by itself which scared the crap out of Marc and Mika. The was still half sleep so they didn't really notice when the door flied open in front of their eyes. Aria walked inside and thanked her ancestors for welcoming them home and allowing their friends protection as if they are their own. It made Aria happy that they accepted their friends to enter the land. Then Reiko pushed her friends nicely and told them to follow her inside which they did. It was a relief to them knowing that their ancestors allowed their friends to not only enter their land but also their house. They were so damn happy that they almost thought that it was a dream until Aria saw their grandma showing herself in front of them and walked to Mika who was holding Serena. She touched her forehead and said:
"Make sure you always keep this little one protected, she is special and will one day make peace with all supernatural creatures. You cannot let anyone harm or kill her. Keep her safe my child and teach her everything you know."
And kissed her forehead then she disappeared. This has never happened before. Their grandma rarely shows herself at all but this time she did. They were speechless and didn't know what to say or think. But one thing they was sure of was that if their grandma said that she is special then this means that with the kiss on Serenas forehead their grandmother made this a witch business which means that she is now under my covens protection and it's only a matter of time before the others will ask but we can't really trust anyone outside of the family clan and because grandma kissed her made this our family business and now makes it our job to protect her and teach her everything she need.
"Well because our grandma kissed Serena on her forehead, she just made this our family business and our job to keep her safe and protect her but to also teach her. Everyone in our family will now protect her from harm no matter what." Said Aria with seriousness in her eyes and looks.
"What but I thought she died?" Said Mika.
"Well technically she is but her spirit never leaves the house and because of our powerful bloodline we don't die completely after our bodies do, we will still be here. And grandma never shows herself to anyone outside the family. And by recognizing the children worth our grandma put this kid in our hands to protect and shall we fail this task we will all be punished. Because she sealed a contract with Serena the minute, she touched her forehead to bring out her Lycan. This means that our bloodline will always protect her and her future children." Said Reiko.
"Wow. Really then I guess we don't have to worry about them in the future being all alone because they will have you two." Said Mika and her mate nodded. Agreeing with her.
After the discussion was over, they showed them around the house and then showed them to their rooms where they will sleep in while they are there. They showed them two big rooms on the first floor where they will sleep. Mika and Marc will stay in the room that's closest to the kitchen while the kids will sleep in the room closest to the hallway and there is one bathroom in every room. Then they unpacked and put their clothes in the closet and then they began to make some dinner in the kitchen only to see the kitchen tools moving on their own and cooking dinner. They screamed in shock and Aria came running thinking something had happened but when she saw them looking in the kitchen, she laughed so hard that she fell over and fell on the floor laughing her head off. Reiko came to see why her sis was laughing and what she saw made her giggle and have a laughing fit as well. After they calmed down, they explained that their chef is coming down soon that's why she used her magic to make dinner while she is fixing some business. Well, the chef is their cousin, but the difference is that she lives in the house 24/7 and they don't they are only there for a short time because of their work. Their cousin's name is Care short for Caroline; she doesn't like it when you call her full name. And their last name is Bellavia. Their ancestor was associated with mafias back in the day. And one of their ancestors was mated to a mafia boss name Vincenzo Bellavia and he was from a powerful warlock line, but he lost his powers when he was a baby. That's how they got their last name. And their ancestors were originally from Italy. Some of their relatives still lives there but most of them lives closer to home. When the food was almost done Care came downstairs and finished making the food and the others put the kitchen utensils on the table and then took same glasses and plates and put them on the table too. Then everyone except Reiko sat down at the table and waited for the food to be served. Care and Reiko carried the food to the table and put it down. She had made tacos, grilled barbeque and grilled chicken with fried rise and some omurice for the kids. Then they dig in and began to eat. When they were done everyone praised care for being such a great cook. After they helped cleaned the table, they went into the living room and watch the lion king which the kids wanted to watch. After half the movie had passed the children were fast asleep so they paused the movie and carried the kids to bed and then changed their clothes and put them to bed. Then they closed their bedroom door and changed movie. They eventually decided to watch greys anatomy. After the tenth episode they were all fast asleep on the floor. The next day they woke up to the smell of fried bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs and fried eggs with some French toast and porridge for the kids. The kids were already sitting by the table. They walked to the table and sat down then they ate breakfast while talking and laughing. It was so peaceful this morning, but they knew better then to let down their guard and kept it up. You never know when enemies may show up out of nowhere and attack you. They always attack when you least expect it, so you always need to be alerted no matter what. And because they are outside of pack territory makes them more on edge. They want to keep their kids safe and sound and with the rogues attacking the pack it's not a very easy thing to do. And now that they have Arias family's help it will make their job a little easier. After breakfast they cleaned up and then began to pack their things because they must return home before the evening. After an hour they were all done and set and took their stuff to the car. When they were done, they hugged Care and told her to visit them sometime. Then they said their goodbyes and went inside the car. Reiko drove this time while aria was sitting in the passenger seat. Then they waved goodbye and drove away. After two hours the kids fell asleep, and they talked and laughed all the way back home. Aria and Reiko then drove back home after saying goodbye to the kids and friends. They promised they would come visit when they have time. They waved goodbye and when they couldn't see the car anymore, they took their stuff inside and unpacked then they put the kids to sleep for their nap. Then they walked downstairs and watched a movie and ate some chips and nuts. After a while they fell asleep in the coach. The kids had so much fun with their parents and their friends. Mika had taken a lot of pictures of them and had put them in the albums and had written next to the picture. Next morning.
