Luke stood before a group of students in a classroom. He could feel the judging eyes of the students. "Aren't you the new lecturer for the Mathematics Department?" a student asked when they asked.
"You have a problem with that?" Luke asked deadpan.
"Be polite, Karissa," James said. "Today, Mrs. Karissa is going to be joining our department as a student with a scholarship under my name," he said to the other students. "Passed the obstacle course in thirty minutes."
"That is impossible," a student said. "That is close to Isaiah's record."
"If someone already did it then it is not impossible," Luke replies. He frowns a bit. "I'm the only female here," he mutters when he doesn't see a single female. Plus the animosity in the eyes of these boys. They will surely make things difficult for him.
"Where am I sitting?" he asked James.
James looks at the classroom. It was filled up. "Who is willing to share their space with Karissa?" he asked.
