Dean watched the interaction between the knight leader and the young master before he entered the forest
It was a strange thing, actually seeing the young master interact with the leader calmly, it was suspicious how the young master's personality had changed.
It's not like he was used to seeing him a lot, but it was clear to see his transformation from a shy child who hid behind the training area while looking at his brothers, smiling all the time at everyone and behaving kindly, to a person whose facial features had not changed even once since he got into the Carriage and until he spoke with the Knight leader.
While he was wandering through his thoughts, this led him to another idea
'The young master is late'

Who was he? Ashley turned his head angrily
Who dared to ruin his carefully planned death??
Before he could answer or show any reaction, a strong hand grabbed him, and he was dragged into the forest on the way back
"Stop, enough!" The voice ignored Ashley's screams and continued running, pulling his arm at a crazy speed
"Let me go! You can't face them. You will all die. There are more of them. What you saw there is nothing!" "
"So you're going to let them kill you?" The guard whispered forcefully and continued to drag Ashley's arm with him
"What is your business!" Ashley pulled himself away from him
"I order you to leave and tell everyone to escape now...Haaaay!" The soldier lifted Ashley's small body onto his shoulder and continued running
"Eek!"
An arrow appeared from behind and hit the other guard's shoulder. It seemed that the gang had finally gotten over the shock of their leader's death ten seconds ago
"Are you so blind why you didn't aim at the other shoulder?" Ashley muttered as the guard continued running with a faint groan.
"Dean, let me go."
"How...did you know my name?"
"You have a family, a wife who adores you, and a child on the way. What are you wasting your life on now? Leave me and go!" Ashley hit the guard's back with his hand to try to make him drop himself
The guard was silent and did not say anything as he continued running
"Come on, you will have a child soon. Will you make him an orphan?" Ashley whispered
"I have already given my loyalty to Grisa, and nothing will change that."
Dean responded steadily
"You will die. Your child will be born without knowing his father."
"It's better than me living and telling him that I escaped by betraying my oath and sacrificing a child."
"I'm not a child!"
"They're here!"
One of the guards who were searching around the place shouted
"It's an attack!" Dean shouted as he handed Ashley over to another guard
"Run, everyone! You will die. Leave!!" Ashley screamed as if he had never screamed in vain before, while the guard commander pulled him into the Carriage
Some assassins appeared behind them, and the fight began
Gang members began to appear from all sides
The siege circle was getting bigger and bigger, and the guards realized in an instant that their small group barely had a chance
But none of them ever backed down

The moment Ivan saw the guard leaving quickly carrying the Duke's youngest son, followed by an injured guard, he realized what was happening in an instant.
Well, he wasn't the only one who realized because the Marquis quickly got up to the nearest horse and mounted it
"Let's go!" The Marquis shouted at Ivan and the other guard
Ivan never liked the Marquis, although the nobles adored his gentle personality. He knew that this type of angel did not exist on earth.
"What about the young master?" Evan asked
"Do you want to die ?!" The Marquis shouted as the other guard quickly jumped on his horse
"We can't run away like this."
"Follow me now!"
"No," Ivan said firmly
"I will not abandon the duchy's soldiers and the young master and run away like a lowly rat."
"Die then." The Marquis quickly pulled his horse, and the other guard followed, leaving Ivan behind
Ivan did not hesitate and returned to battle
If he is going to die, he will die as a warrior, not as an escaped rat

.They lost
Of course they will
Whatever the abilities and skills of the guards, they were just second-rank soldiers, not the elite, not to mention that they were less than half their usual number because the Duke had ordered that the largest amount of guards be kept in the duchy due to the lack of numbers.
It was a foregone conclusion in the end
Another thing that can't be changed
"I'm sorry...Young Master...." The leader whispered. Blood from the leader's torn body fell on top of Ashley
"Haa...ah..haa.hm!"
Ashley felt suffocated little by little as he lost the ability to breathe. Perhaps the fact that the sound of a person dying above him and the butting of a horse taking its last breath on the ground did not help calm him down.
After making sure that they were losing and that staying in the carriage was useless, the leader tried to get Ashley out, put him on one of the horses and send him away, but they shot arrows at it before reaching it.
The leader placed his body in front of Ashley to protect his body from the arrows in an instant before a torrent of arrows reached them
"Why? Why? Why? I was supposed to die alone, and it would just be over. Why? Again..." Ashley screamed hysterically, his eyes darkening.
"Young Master…..you….find a way to escape…."
"It's me... because of me, you're going to die again," Ashley choked on his screams
"Young Master..." The leader tried to open his mouth to say something but couldn't
"I really tried my best this time. Why?....."
"Young Master….it's okay…..don't be sad….bad things…..happen…..it's….it's not your fault." The commander smiled for the last time, and then his body collapsed onto Ashley.
"No, it's ...it's all ...."
Chelly did not realize how long he remained in this familiar position. He did not really realize when the killers dragged him into the forest. All he did was mumble incomprehensible words as he was dragged and hit every bump on the ground.
Finally, a familiar place appeared before Ashley's eyes
Just a little wide part deep in the forest
The place where it all started
He didn't need to look around to see that thing. He already knew where it was
He was already here to be a monster again, and even he couldn't stop it
But instead of raising their swords and weapons and tearing his body apart as before, the killers threw him to the ground instead and stopped around him.
"Because of you, our new leader died, so you have to pay double the price now," Man Number Two came forward
Yes, this is it
Something was different
Time stopped for Ashley for a moment, then he smiled for the first time since he woke up in this body
Maybe he had one last hope of dying
Suddenly, he felt liquid spilling on his body
He looked back and found someone throwing a bucket at him. It smelled like... oil?
One of them came forward carrying a torch in his hand. Ashley realized what was coming and felt terrified
He wanted to die. He didn't want pain, but...he didn't try to escape
'Don't run away. They died because of you again. This is the least you deserve.'
The killer threw the torch directly at Ashley, and his clothes caught fire
He felt the burning heat burning and melting his skin
He tried to endure it at first, but he could not stop himself from screaming and crying and trying to get up in moments, but he was pushed to the middle again by something or perhaps someone.
Suddenly, a screen appeared in front of his face
[A severe threat to the owner's life is perceived]
"What ?....."
It would have been funny how the screen rotated with him when he rolled over on the ground if he wasn't in such pain that he wished he wouldn't die
In an instant, a bright light suddenly appeared from Ashley's body before everything turned into darkness
